A PHONE CONTACT WAS DONE FOR 36 MONTHS FROM SEPT 2022 FOR 36 MONTHS. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL DEVICE CANCELLATION FEE AFTER 40 MONTHS PAYMENTS !! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!

I have lodged a debit transaction that I have done for Uber Eats on the secure chat and was sent a link to dispute. The transaction was still pending - 2nd January. Almost 2 months later I still follow up and I am not getting any feedback.
The pizza was ordered from Greenstone branch and I used Uber eats. The pizza was delivered an hour later, ice cold, rock hard and NO taste at all. I have lodge a complaint with Uber eats with no feedback. The coke that is on the menu is no size indicatiom and a 300ml was delivered and R30 charged !!!! How rediculous, I would have never ordered the coke if I knew that.
Very disappointed in handling of my claim !! Not finalized after one week !
I am unable to get hold of Absa vehicle finance legal department. Numerous emails were sent with the response to call the call centre.
I have been sending emails for the last month asking for assistance. The reply on the emails are to contact the call centre. I am unable to get through. I need the legal department to contact me URGENTLY !! 084 669 5257
