WORST INSURER EVER AND BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!
I wish i could give this company a zero rating!!!! I have had a scratch and dent policy with Traficc when I have bought my vehicle brand new from VW. My policy has a 5year/R3000 month limit and i have made at least 1 claim a year with no issues. Now that i have 3 months left on my policy Traficc are rejecting my claim (which has been similar to my previous claims) due to the fact that they FEEL that the claim is for respraying when the quote is for touch ups as per my policy. I did provide them 3 quotes from approved panel beaters as well for comparison. When asked how did my previous claims of similar value was approved for touch ups, the agent Vusi Wolfkop explicitly said that they approved the claim as they were trying to make a good impression on me early on in my policy. This clearly tells me that they only want to pay a certain limit over the 5 years and the R3000 per month are utter lies. This is definitely the worse insurance company ive ever dealt and they would do anything not to pay. I would encourage everyone to stay as far away from them as possible. VWSA should also find a new scratch and dent insurer ASAP

Terrible service from Telkom Cornubia.
Took out a new contract in November 2018. I have had 350 All net minutes which was supposed to be transferred to my new contract sim. It has been 2 months since and the miutes have not been transferred. Upon many consultations with Telkom Cornubia, they kept saying that the problem is out of their hands. Absolutely shocking
