I placed my Black Friday deal order and paid in Nov 2018. Order #SP2346 confirmed. To this day, 17 Jan 2019, I only received the PERCOLATOR yesterday??!! No response via their email ********** for weeks and their landline does not work. I even requested a FULL REFUND LAST WEEK!!?? no reply??? SHOCKING CUSTOMER RELATIONS / NO GOODS?? I ordered AND Paid for a new Pool table for my business in November 2018 dealing with Billy in Durban. when I emailed him the EFT confirmation and asked if they can deliver to my hotel as soon as possible ( as delivery was included in the price), he responded by saying that they DO NO HAVE ANY STOCK IN DURBAN and can only deliver next year in February 2019??!! To my utter shock, I replied that this is unacceptable as you cannot sell this to me and only intend to deliver goods months later, without informing me this on the Quote or Invoice?? He then replied that there is indeed a pool table available in Cape Town but I they can only supply it to me in 2019?? I bought this pool table for my business as it is coin operated and my Peak Season was lying ahead...so with no table and no other option as Lectron gave me no alternative option but to arrange my OWN courier at a huge fee within that week for R4500 (due to the SIZE and WEIGHT of the table) and collected from Cape Town per address that Billy supplied me via via email to my Hotel ( delivery address on purchase ). I phoned and emailed them , but Cape Town Head Office closed for some time in December as Billy replied it was out of his hands, if I had complaint. I feel it VERY SAD and DISAPPOINTING that a company with such a good reputation, can sell you a Black Friday Deal but have no stock.......to supply the customer and 2nd of all they refuse afterward to assist me in payment of Courier Fees ( as they emailed from Head Office, that they cget a "much cheaper courier rate" when they transfer goods from Cape Town to Durban, when they are ready in bulk... Be careful not to pay them before they commit in writing, when your goods will be 100% ready and have a DELIVERY DATE ( hopefully not 2 months later..)
