I have a booking with this establishment and I’ve been in contact with them since last week to cancel or reschedule my booking for the 28th to the 30th of December. They are making it near impossible to do any of the above after I’ve explained I’ve been in and out of hospital and I’m unable to travel. I need this resolved ASAP I’m in no position to lose a lot of money cause of greed.
I ordered online at 7pm from KFC hazeldean I drove there and demanded a refund & Daniel the manager gave me a fake R50 I had to drive there twice.
This has become the worst service provider I am yet again paying for a service I'm not receiving when I call all I'm told is the fault has been escalated since last month.
We've been experiencing problems with our router & called the call centre on numerous occasions only to be told a technician will be sent out since 3 December 2018 till today
A lady by the name of Dineo who is a cashier at Woolworths at O.R Tambo International airport yesterday has pathetic customer service she couldn't even greet my mother & I she we got to her till instead she started calling the colleague who was at the till next to her, I have never had a bad experience at Woolworths but yesterday for the very first time o experienced it.
