If there was an option for a ZERO star rating I would give that. I have been struggling for 6 weeks now just to get a decent response from AKMO Global, leading company for this useless stoves. I want to order a selector switch, but there is absolutely just NO customer service from any of them. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND EFFORT AND BUY ANOTHER BRAND. AFTER SALE SERVICE IS UP TO ****. THEY JUST TO NO CARE.
I have ordered an item, PAID via their channel (which goes off one's account immediately), but have been struggling for heaven knows how long to get a refund. I have called, i have sent e-mails, they just do not respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Makro should not trade on-line, they do not have the mental capacity to deal with this.

I don't even know where to start with this whole bunch! I've been struggling from July 2018 to have to accounts merged as one. In October/November 2018 I received what appeared to be a merged account statement. I've made my payments as I promised I would, but keep receiving threating e-mails and sms's on my and hubby's number. I've called more than 17 times and each time there is a different excuse. Today I've called once again and still my issue remains unsolved. THEY WANT TO LIST ME ON ITC, EVENTHOUGH I AM PAYING MY ACCOUNT. Is it because there is no one that can actually perform the task of merging the two accounts and do the recon and see that my payments are being made? What do I do? I'm REALLY at my wits end!
