Extreme poor service
We are a bussiness basted in Welkom now we have a bussiness consultant in Bloemfontein. Really it is ridiculous. We made a deposit at the Atm in June 2020 where the machine went off and said we must go into the bank which we did and report it. Until now nothing has been done.

Standard Bank Support
Due to the Covid 19 Lockdown i asked for financial support from Standard Bank and was told that I must bank with them for a year. This lockdown is not my choice but now I am left in the cold with Standard Bank. Fast to open accounts, slow to help.

Extreme poor service
Extreme poor service . I have been suspended from my medical aid .Reinstate and then again suspended. I then phone them untill now they can not tell me why must i pay and for what. So i see this as i have been bullied to pay .

Extreme bad servuces
I have been trying to find out for what the amount was that they said I owe to them. I phoned them the 24 June the lady I speak to said she will phone me back since she could not find anything on the system. They send a SMS that state they are going to suspend my medical aid if I don't pay, but for what must I pay if they cannot tell me . This is extremely bad services.

Extreme poor service
Extremely poor service! My benefits have been suspended due to an outstanding amount. But no one can tell me for what the amount was. I phoned in and they told me that they will come back to me. I am still waiting since the 24th of June.

Extremely poor service.
Extremely poor service. I am a private client with FNB. I've applied for a hirepurchase on Tuesday. Up until now I have not any conclusion re my application. All that the dealer have told me is that it was approved but still nothing up to date.
