This is the 2nd time I am ordering with them and both occasions ended in tears of joy. They always pack extra thank you goodies.. with the 2nd order, there was minor glitches and they resolved them immediately I brought them to their attention.
The arrogance of Welle Official😭. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers 04 October 2023. They delivered 1 pair which was a wrong size. The return procedure is unbearable and impossible as you have to do it at your own cost even though the fault was not on your side. It's been over 7 months and the 2nd pair is still not delivered. They stop responding to my WhatsApp messages the minute I provide the order number. Arrogance: November 2023 I reported them on Hellopeter and they sent me a screenshot of my complaint on WhatsApp and did nothing about my complain. They continue to ignore my complain to this date.
Someone has been deducting R50 from my account randomly for unknown trips. I have alerted Uber of this **** and was disappointed with their investigation. I did not get any joy from them and I continue to lose money from my account. Even today unauthorised money was taken.
Affordable Sushi, restaurant clean and service friendly. There are a number of these chain restaurant surrounding us but we always drive to this specific one in Rietfontein. Their Sushi is fresh, tasty and affordable.
I would like to appreciate DotSure crew Ms Babalwa Njezula, Mr Sibulele Nyangiwe and their Manager Mr Sam Grundlingh for their excellent service since the start of my journey with them. In November 2023 I took up a vehicle insurance with Dotsure. Sibulele was open and transparent during the quotation and contracting phase as he indicated that should a proof of "No claims record" not be submitted within a certain period (by 27 December 2023), my insurance premium will go up. Indeed February 2023 my insurance premium went up dramatically due an outstanding/delayed "No claims letter" from OLD MUTUAL. Upon this drastic overcharge, I engaged with Babalwa to share my frustrations with old mutual and the communication trail proving my endless efforts to obtain the letter since November 2023. Babalwa upon consultation with her manager on the matter gave me a grace period to obtain the letter and offered me a refund should the letter be submitted within the grace period. With their support and assistance, the letter was finally received from Old Mutual and the refund was promptly processed and received from DotSure. Sam always used his charming voice to calm both the client and the situation. He has been nothing but helpful and supportive. Not only did Dotsure stop at the refund, they further reduced my original premium as a way of courtesy 👌🏾🥰!
I was impressed with Shein's seamless refund process. I duplicated an item on my order and only realized after payment. The system allowed me to cancel the item in just few clicks👌🏾 without affecting or delaying the rest of the order. The cancellation process was quick and seamless. In about 2 days my money was refunded into my bank account.
I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on 4 October 2023. 12 October 2023 they delivered 1 pair however the size was wrong. I kept on complaining about the size and after ignoring my enquiries for a long time they ended up saying I can return the order at my own cost. I ended up giving up. Now the 2nd pair has not been delivered since 4 October 2023. When I enquire they do not respond. I enquired multiple times on both WhatsApp and email and have not received any response.
