Hello guys, FNB customer service is no longer about the client. I sent an eWallet to a recipient in January which they did not receive, when I attempted to retrieve the money sent I was asked to download an app on the cellphone which I refuse to do. It is a great crime risk when you get ****** or hijacked. FNB branches say they cannot help until I download this app, this tells.me they don't care about our safety at all.tbey also don't care to lose our business. They are still holding onto money to this day...
