I booked a 3 ton truck with a trailer. Needless to say on the day they arrived with a 2 ton truck and no trailer. If you're prepared to have your furniture stacked 3 metres high and damaged, well that's what you will get. Furthermore, they take no responsibility for using the wrong size truck and finished nearly at midnight by dumping all the stuff in the garage. Then still insisted on payment there and then! Not impressed!
I took out a loan with FASTA in JULY'2020 and my 2 payments went off on my account without any issues. In September I want to reapply only for them to say I can't? No reason given? SERIOUSLY? My credit score shows good with them as well?
The lady Melissa Kagurabadza assisted me speedily with my application. I sincerely hope its approved because nobody can give me a reason why the last time it was declined, even though my credit score is good.
I purchased a phone at Cell C Bayside Centurion, the assistant couldn't get the sim working and blamed it on the network. I waited 3 hours whilst she was trying to figure out exactly where the sim goes and she has the longest nails ever!!! I was handed the phone and told it will work later that day. Needlessly the next day the phone still didn't work and I was told the phone will have to go for repairs to check what is wrong. 4 days later after lots of nagging and queries was told that I can get new phone. Informed them I would rather have a refund. They were supposed to send me a form to sign...3 days later still no form. Had to make another visit to the store. Signed form and was informed that refund will take place within 3 days as unfortunately their HR does not work on weekends to perform the refund. 4 days later still no refund. Spoke to manager Tindi numerous times who promised that she will phone back, no calls. Promised they will send e-mail as proof - still no e-mail and no refund received. I wasted R250 on petrol, 6 hours of waiting at the counter not to mention the phone calls to the store. In the end a R799 phone costs me R1050 not to mention the hours wasted and STILL NO REFUND!!!! Seriously??? Please could you get attendants to be look professional with fingers that function properly (not 3cm mails!), as well as conducting the business properly by returning calls and e-mails.
They quote you for parts that was never faulty, plus when they take your appliance, you will never see it again. Be aware they operate under various names Absolute Appliance Services / Absolute Appliance Repairs etc.
