I've already lodged a complaint about Virgin Active (Gym) South Africa last month. So it seems like it's becoming common place for Virgin Active to take more monies from clients' Banking accounts than acceptable and -per agreement. Last month R400 extra was taken by Virgin Active from my Daughter's (Student) FNB account. We were chased around the Mulberry bush by Virgin Active, denying that they took the money. We were forced to wait for hours online with FNB who then referred us back to the culprits, namely Virgin Active. However Virgin Active stuck to their guns, stating that "they weren't picking up such a transaction on their records". A month later Virgin Active refunded my Daughter her R400, without apology. How many other people are in the exact same boat? At their own admission, a Virgin Active Representative Luvo, shared with us on WhatsApp that "we are not the only Ones complaining about monies wrongfully taken from their Bank accounts". Days later, after my Daughter had been to hell and back for her money which was ********ly taken from her FNB account, -and after the R400 was FINALLY refunded to her... To no surprise (really!) Virgin Active not only takes R323 from her FNB account, towards April fees...THEY IN FACT GRAB AN EXTRA R360!! Absolutely astonishing and unacceptable. There can be no doubt that this is happening to many members. I'm tired of their unprofessional service. I'm tired of the worries that this will be an ongoing business of them grabbing our monies. This has happened to One of my tenants back home as well and he then changed from Bank and dumped Virgin Active. I regret ever joining up with them. There's clearly a Snake in the grass here!
There seems to be a trend of Virgin Active Gym taking an extra R400 from members' Banking accounts and then it's a song and a dance to get refunded. They simply share that no such transaction shows on their side. On the member's side their Bank tells them that Virgin Active took the money and that they have to reverse the transaction. So member ends up frustrated to the point where some change from Banks, others give up the gym and there's some who accept their loss. Under my roof alone 2 members of Virgin Active Red share this experience! What's the chances of that? One family's from Pta and recently joined us in CPT. A Virgin Active Red correspondent shared with me that "we're not the only persons who're complaining of extra monies having been taken from their Bank accounts, wrongfully by Virgin Active.
I found THE TRACING GROUP online. Please note all the following details relevant to my complaint: THE TRACING GROUP operates under Tracing Company. Cell no.'s which are used are 0647993859 and 0737966155. email addresses in use info@thetracinggroup.co.za and report@tracingcompany.co.za. (Of course there could be more...) I dealt mainly with "Tiaan" (SSGericke) and "Azel". Their website is www.investigationcompany.co.za. "Tiaan" will undoubtedly endeavour throwing me under the Bus. I experienced him to be quite harsh (even threatening) in his treatment of me. In fact merciless. All he chases from start to finish is money and Boy, does he turn on those pressure taps! I at no time completed or signed any of THE TRACING GROUP's (many) forms. I got in touch with them online and -was subsequently contacted very soon thereafter by "Tiaan". I briefly shared the background and urgency of the matter at hand, to which I needed certain hard-to-come-by information, which information had been requested from me by HPCSA ... as I reported misconduct of a practicicing Medical Practitioner to HPCSA, SASP and SAPS. I was telephonically assured by "Tiaan" that I'd be provided a full record of information, INCLUDING VERY SPECIFIC INFORMATION AS PER MY REQUEST AND NEED. As per background I'm endeavouring to expose a Medical Practitioner (since 2018) living and practicing between the Swartberg Mountains and the Outeniqua Mountains... -for almost 4 decades of under-the-cover criminal ongoings. I received from THE TRACING GROUP a quote to the amount of R8500.00 and important to note that I never at any stage completed or signed any of the forms which were e-mailed to me by "Azel" at THE TRACING GROUP. At no point did I accept "Tiaan's" telephonic quote. At more or less the same time as the e-mail quote reached me, I was informed by THE TRACING GROUP that my results were in. Then the ongoing, to-the-point-of-harrassment, emotionally EXHAUSTING nagging-for-"their"-R8500.00 by "Tiaan" and "Azel" started. On many platforms. (Even on my Birthday on Oct. 3, 2022 when I pleaded with them to please grant me a bit of flack, as it was my Birthday... whereto they didn't even bother congratulating me.) I felt like a Fly being lured into a Spider's web. I felt trapped. There was no way I could produce R8500.00 and I would have to be given space, time and freedom to even consider their steep quote! This harassment and ongoing niggling from the side of THE TRACING GROUP escalated to where it became harsh and scary and I even received defaming, threatening voice messaging from "Private Affairs Investigations", cellular no. +27 84 014 8508, on Sep. 1, 2022 where I was insulted and harshly assured that "Tiaan would'nt let go until he gets his money..." I was even threatened that the Medical Practitioner in question would be informed of my enquiries regarding his underhanded criminal dealings over decades. Yes. Please READ THAT AGAIN. The sheer audacity of these "human Vultures". Despite my best intentions and despite me over time stressing the fact that there was only CERTAIN INFORMATION which I still required, the promises to provide me with EXACTLY WHAT I REQUESTED -AND PAID FOR were never kept. I was forwarded 56 pages of information which I clearly stated to THE TRACING GROUP (that) I ALREADY HAD. So I was pressurised to the extreme to pay R8500.00 for a View Profile Report, Date Profile Generated 2022-09-01, Reference Number Captain Marais - Margate, Report Name: Profile Marais. (Note that I was only granted the actual report, once the full amount of R8500.00 was paid.) None of my outreach to THE TRACING GROUP OR TO CAPTAIN MARAIS, SAPD MARGATE was responded to. I lost R8500.00 and I was duped. For the record: I have all correspondence, receipts, etc. to prove everything I've mentioned in this review. DEAR MEMBER OF PUBLIC, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Unless you have money to throw away, please tread carefully when considering dealing with THE TRACING GROUP (or Tracing Company). Thank you for your much-valued time.
If I weren't forced by the Hello Peter system to give at least One star, I would give None to this business. I was getting quotes from a few "Private Investigations companies" and I found them on Google South Africa. I contacted a so-called company, "PRIVATE AFFAIRS INVESTIGATIONS". This person quoted me R3000.00 for the work I wanted done. However, I got another quote for R8500.00 and decided to go with the latter AS I WAS HUGELY IMPRESSED BY THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE LATTER CO. Private Affairs Investigations contacted me again to hear whether I've managed, to which I corresponded "Yes" and I shared that I accepted a quote from another PI company. **From there I was insulted, belittled and viciously THREATENED by the individual on the other side of the Private Affairs Investigations cell phone, no. 084 _ _ _ _ 508. I was FALSELY ACCUSED of owing other private investigation companies money and I was threatened by Private Affairs Investigations that they were literally going to make contact with the person I'm needing to investigate! I've never dealt with a business which as so extremely unprofessional as PRIVATE AFFAIRS INVESTIGATIONS, SOUTH AFRICA. In fact I'd say that the individual I dealt with seems utterly unstable and -insanely dangerous. I feel a form of relief having shared this nightmare experience on-line, so that there's record of what I've been dealing with. LITERAL THREATS on WhatsApp from the contact no. as advertised on Google, as well as VOICE MESSAGE INSULTS AND THREATS!

SLOW is the main word to sum up this company. They take their time, -multiply your problems and mainly they take your money WITHOUT FIXING YOUR PROBLEM. Yesterday I had an appointment at Kraaifontein Community Clinic (Day Hospital in 6th Ave) at 10am with "Club". Got there in good time, had to put my clinic card in a small box with Sechaba Protection Service. All for One individual, wore their jersey marked with Sechaba Protection Service co. Name and logo. This One single individual also did not (as the other officers) wear his Name 'badge', identifying him. He is slim and tall-ish and completely bald-headed. He was clearly the main guy there, very rude to patients and enjoying playing with that hand-held intercom system. Like the One's we see at sport matches. So he took it upon him to call out Names of patients and make fun and annoying jokes about people's Names etc. All on this "hand-held intercom system". He spoke very unclearly and when he was asked by patients to please speak more clearly, he was again rude. He was prancing around there, giving short rude responses to patients. He would speak to his friends in the road OVER THAT HAND-HELD INTERCOM SYSTEM!! I was there for more than 4 hours, I approached him kindly, soft-spokenly Twice and Twice he was short and rude (mean) to me. There was a patient who was almost in tears, on crutches and said that his back and hips were calcified. This man was trying to speak to this specific Sechaba Protection Service individual, who treated him too with complete incompetence and ignorance. There was literally no kindness in this security person whatsoever. At One stage a pregnant lady who'd been standing in the beating Sun for hours, collapsed and her head hit the tar. A man came running up to this specific bald-headed Security Officer and called: "Security, Security, hi....PLEASE COME HELP. A pregnant lady collapsed!" This security man replied (ON THE MIKE / HAND-HELD ANNOUNCEMENT GADGET): "Don't you call me like that!! I am not a Donkey!! Don't you ever ever call me like that ever again!!" And the security person tormented the man over a period of time, over this gadget. Yet the security man did not respond to help the lady! Alongside Black, White and Coloured people alike we were all disgusted at the attitude of this security officer. It also is clear that these security people enjoy switching and playing with the alarm buttons on that gadget and the older patients get the fright of their lives. I feel extremely disheartened at the atrocious, unkind, uncaring, uncompassionate service of this One individual. To be honest the rest of the Sechaba Protection Services officers' service was quite fine and even kind. This man will ruin the Name of your company, Sir. I am shocked at his attitude!
Could someone please shed light on how it is possible that John Peter Burnett has not yet been removed as listed Physiothe****** by The Medical Board of S.A.? Let's talk legal charges. This man (born 1963) resided and practised in Worcester since ±1987 - 2019. Where he currently finds himself, who knows. His public and court convictions vary from guilty to Theft from II Military Hosp., through Fraud, various assault charges (on women, children, neighbors, farm workers....), reckless driving, ***ual harassment, breaking and entering, the list goes on. Most his crimes were noted in local newspapers and most of them have been through courts. He's been tried and convicted on many criminal offenses. HOW COME THIS MAN IS STILL ALLOWED TO PRACTICE AS A PHYSIOTHE******?
Just want to report Nano Fibre White Van Registration CF60681 yesterday direction Parow towards Boston, Bellville. Time shortly after 5pm afternoon. Driver swerves in front of vehicles, no indicators. Seems to be playing on the road. When stop at robot for instance, Two Right side wheels of vehicle in different lane than Two Left side wheels. And I'm battling to get company's attention. Have complained online, no response. When calling ********** 092, get machine answering.
