I phoned customer service and asked to close my account, after a few minutes the FNB employee told me that the account is now closed. Somebody paid money into this account wrongly and I lost most of that money, if the account was closed as I have been told the money would not have been able to enter the account. Apparently I should have gone to a branch, but the *********** fone operator neglected to tell me this. Very disappointed in this company.

The cleanest and well maintained resort i have everything visited. I love camping but am very overweight so i struggle pitching the tent and setting up camping, although it is not their policy to help with this Renier and his team had no problem helping me when i asked . I would recommend this little piece of paradies anytime!
We booker accommodationon with 1150 on Bain, a guest house in Keimoes. We were pleasantly surprised, the open plan self catering room was imaculately clean and had all the basic needed. Conrad and Johann were friendly and professional and when Covid cut our stay short Conrad had no qualms making a refund . I have no probleem recommending 1150 on Bain in Keimoes to anyone..
I have wetenskaplike chicken from KFC for years all over South Africa. Today i bought a Zinger burger, cole slaw and chip from KFC Delareyville, definitely the best food i bought from any of their branches, everything was fresh and very well prepared. Well doen Delareyville KFC.
On the 25 of June I ordered and paid for a mattress from the Mattress Warehouse, and I paid an extra R500 for delivery. After promesis from Tshepo at the Midrand branch that I will be contacted on 8th of July with the delivery details for 10th of July, he did not contact me. So today, the 9th of July, I contacted him and was told that he delivery will only take place at the end of next week. If I did not pay to have the mattress delivered this would not have been a problem, but I feel that having paid for it, it should be delivered promptly. If you need a mattress urgently I would not recommend buying it from the Mattress Warehouse!
I received a message that I should pay a deposit for my order to be prosesd, after calling their service department four times, waiting at least 15 minutes each time for them to answer the phone, not one of them could give me the banking details of this deposit. They refer me to the post office, checkers and pep with a lot of codes and numbers, all these places said that they can't pay with wat was given to me. I don't know if Telkom don't want new business or just employ incompetent people. This s the worst service I have ever received from any service provider.
