Knowledgeable and professional plumber fixing my geyser challenge caused by lightning, he wore a clean overall and he treated me and his assistant with respect. He finished the job within an hour. If I had a plumbing company, I would have head-hunted him to work for me. 😄

Minus 5 Stars - we are paid up on a tour to Botswana from 1 to 9 August 2021 with Fouriesburg Country Tours for Seniors. The owner is Mr Johann Brits. Together, my wife and I, paid an amount of R45 900.00. Last week I called the company just to discover that all their contact numbers, land lines, cell phone numbers, emails, Website and Facebook Page were non-existent. No letter from either the company or their lawyers were received to date. We believe the company is insolvent. We are now trying to get some compensation from the Insurance Company that we used to insure the tour.
Dennis Mowers Centurion. Yesterday I purchased a new Power Pro 82.4cc backpack blower from Dennis Mowers in Centurion. What a superb and powerful machine for the leaf blowing job. However, after using is for 15 minutes at 30% of the blow rate, the engine is new so I have to run it in slowly, it failed to start again. I phoned Dennis Mowers, Satah answered the phone, I was angry, he apologised profusely and requested me to bring the blower in. When I got there this morning I met with Mr Pieter Delarey, the Manger of Dennis Mowers Centurion. After apologising for the inconvenience, he presented me with another same brand new blower, but said "I first need to establish the problem on the other blower so I do not send you home with the same problem". After literally 2 minutes they discovered that the spark plug had a hairline crack and would not function when the accelerated spark was required. The spark plug was damaged in the factory and he removed the factory spark plug from the replacement new machine and replaced it with the best in the industry - a NGK plug. In the meantime I received coffee and Ms Elize de Wet who sold the machine to me, presented me with a fuel measuring can for free. Long story to say customer service in any business starts at the top and then filters down - the assistance I got from Mr Delarey was, no arguments we will ensure that you have a trouble free and pleasurable experience and Ms De Wet was backing this policy up. Mr Satah who received my angry call the day before was wonderful - he has s****s to deal with an angry customer that needed a calm down. David the technician in the service centre went out of his way to assist me in whatever I needed. This company sets client service standards globally - I recommend that other companies the world over come and learn from Dennis Mowers in Centurion. Thank you Dennis Mowers. Dr Chris Streeter
