WNS should not be recommended to anyone person seeking employment, they are not a reputable company to work for. My nephew has been there for 3months and on the 23 Sept 2022 was told to sign a doc as his contract was terminated for the reason that did not meet the assessment requirements criteria. With the doc he signed, it was stipulated that he would get his full salary for September by the 30th or 1st week in Oct...to date he has still not been paid. You try calling their HR and everyone says, you will get paid with the next payroll run but nobody can confirm an exact date. Lauren Davids and Shanine Willemse are the HR people he was liasing with, but unfortunately they are not providing proper feedback and dont reply to emails neither phone calls. Just a warning to people seeking employment from WNS, dont bother its not worth the trouble as you will also be treated like many other people that was employed by this terrible company!!!
Im totally disgusted with the service i've been receiving from Discovery Bank. Since my account was moved from Discovery credit card to Discovery Bank, I had issues with my debit orders hence Discovery Bank cannot get it correct....and then this month they go and double debit my account...WTH. I will not refer any of my family or friends to join Discovery Bank because of this pathetic service....I'm planning of opening a credit card with another service provider asap!!
I've been having connectivity issues since last night at 10pm. Logged a call with support team and received a reference number 1428724 - see email response: Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Your reference number is (1428724). A rain agent will response to your query in the coming days. If you need to follow up on a request, please reply on this email trail and DON'T create a new request on the website. Thanks for your patience, rain ......and four email replies later, I have still not received a call from an agent or any representative from RAIN...seriously wondering if their support is "computers" responding and replying. They are so quick to remind you of your next bill date or when you next debit order will go through, hence their customer service sucks!! I'm working from home and without internet access, I'm seriously having a huge impact on my productivity....surely they should have had more hands on deck during this lockdown period as they know many people are WORKING FROM HOME!!!!!!! Sorry but your customer service sucks!, and to think I changed from Telkom as many of my colleagues raved about your internet access, speed, price, etc, but after they heard of my experience, they are also re-considering their options. Now I am thinking of going back to Telkom!!

Vodacom Customer Care eService Team SERIOUSLY...is the type of service you offering???Even when calling your customer service centre, I hold on for 15-20mins and then just automatically the line cuts and i had to call back...me calling back was probably more than 5 times. With this terrible service, I'm honestly considering going back to MTN. I want to speak to a consultant, not get replies from someone that doesnt understand my email request. And for the record, I dont have a business account, I have a normal customer cellphone account, because even that Vodacom has wrong...I have no idea where they see I have a "business" account. I received all these reference numbers, not even sure which one to quote: 1-34667722649525 0023UaF949FRAESH 0023UaF949FRAMED In addition to all this, my data is literally been taken away within 1day of loading 2GB of data....i want to know why this has happened, and this is also why i called as i need answers asap....SERIOUSLY VODACOM YOUR SERVICE SUCKS :( :( :(
