I have been trying to understand why FNB rating is at one indeed they don't care about customers, raise issues in December till today couldn't assist, I therefore involved Absa, Absa is able to help n gives updates where as FNB my bank couldn't help. I am definitely moving my account n my family to Absa.
Absa bank I paid your client for service which he never delivered and reported to my bank to assist with reversal of funds but they are not getting response from you service provider can't access his account to transfer back cause his account is blocked we have sent several afidavit with no help please advise on way forward on this issue
Last year December I logged ***** case with FNB was promised 30 days turn around till today nothing secondly why is FNB not advising their customer that card dispute can not be done on virtual card actually they should not be recommending this have been banking with them for more than 30 years their servvice is getting bad by day and customer service is non existent secure chat they are always unable to assist
Nonsense fibre group useless contact centre if you need peace and fast wifi don’t bother
Good day I herewith would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding a hold on R7220.58 on my credit card. I have rented a car from Woodford Car Rental from 23/12/2025-27/12/2025. I enquired from Woodford on 13 January why there was still a hold on the deposit on my credit card. Woodford immediately (on 13 Jan) sent an email to ABSA Authorizations to release the hold, which has not been done. My complaint is about ABSA not acting on the instruction of Woodford and keep MY money on hold for more than 3 weeks. I rent cars often and my deposit is normally released within 7 days from rental. I fail to understand the 3 week delay, which could not be explained to me and find it completely unacceptable. Very frustrating!

My daughter's account is debited with transaction we don't know she doesn't even have uber rides, please assist in reversing these transactions urgently
Service at Rosebank College is so bad, we have been enquirying about my brothers transcripts from last year no luck, I am always asked my number and told someone will get back to me, this is really frustrating.
