For months on end their service is worse than their connectivity. You can phone and log complaints till you are blue in the face - niks, nada, habanix responses from this company. One of the worst choices I have made in my entire life it to go with them. I pay a heap of money for 200 Mbps uncapped - really??? Testing my connectivity I am lucky to have 7.31 Mbps download and 7.13 Mbps upload - and this is the standard that I get. Today I will be changing and I will strongly advise against using this useless crowd who does not even bother to get back to you on their so called WhatsApp chat let alone their phone lines - it never gets answered. Sies man this is slegte diens!!!!!!
After many emotional months of contemplating and shopping around for a wig, I eventually decided to go for a human hair wig from Fascinations Hair through their agent in Irene, D’or Wigs, I opted for the Positano human hair wig. Not once was I told that this expensive wig has very specific handling requirements. I was told that you wear it and wash it with the shampoo and conditioner that they supply. You must style it when you wash it. No brochure or guidelines indicating what kind of styling will be required. Nothing was mentioned about the way you are supposed to fit it when wearing it. Five months down the line the front of the wig was fraying, and the hair was coming out in bunches. I took it back and after two weeks were told - sorry your problem. We only guarantee our workmanship for 6 months. Now they tell me I am not supposed to touch the fringe or for that matter any part of the wig when wearing it. Warrantee of 6 months only is a shame to say the least, after spending R20,000 and this is how easy they step back from their responsibility, is shameful! Stay clear of this company. You spend a fortune on their product and then all you get is NO GO we will not replace or mend, fix or whatever to support their customers.
What a disappointment with this piece of equipment. I am not a professional seamstress but do enjoy doing sewing. I bought this overlocker about three and a half years ago at Makro and have not had any joy what so ever. Nobody at Empisal even bothers to return calls which just goes to show how bad their products are. It is disgusting service. I will never buy Empisal again - it is useless and does not work at all - no matter what you do it does not have the right tension and it breaks the yarn all the time. I have spent days trying to get it to work - no luck. It should be removed from South African market.
I have had three sets of frames from then in a year that has broken. Even though you are on medical aid you still have to top up for certain frames. I am not interested in going back to their East Rand Mall branch as their customer service is beyond pathetic. The first time I was there for my eye test, the staff was having a huge argument in-front of all their patients. And the optometrist that assisted me at the time was making me feel like she was in such a hurry to finish with my test. No fitting of the glasses happened and I had to insist on doing the fitting on the second frame that I received in March / April 2018 - which has this morning again broken.
