Poor/Terrible customer service
Zoom Fibre has a terrible customer service, not taking ownership for the technical. They don’t communicate anything with their customers, yet they expect payment every month. Their untrained customer service consultants make things even worse.1 reply

B3 Funerals Biggest Scam
I’m very much disturbed by B3 and their new underwriters deciding to change my cover amount to 24000 while it took 30000 cover and my premium was changed from R580 to R783. What I also noticed is that they have reduced my dependants. This is pure scam and B3 must be dealt with.0 replies
