Great service
Been using WonderNet for about 2 years now, and haven't had a major issue with my network since I switched to them. The one time I had to call support I was helped in a timely manner with no delays.

Great ISP
Excellent ISP! They are by far the best ISP I have encountered. Very fast and friendly service, great tech support, and very transparent and honest policies. My previous ISP (Home Connect) secretly throttled my account even though they had no Fair Use Policy, but Macrolan's speeds are consistent, fast, and reliable! Love the service so far. Hope it continues like this.

Terrible Company, Terrible Service, Terrible Support
Terrible company, avoid at all costs! Terrible support, constant maintenance, terrible service! I pay for a 200 Mbit/s symmetrical line, and on a good day I get anywhere from 10 - 100 Mbit/s instead - on bad days none of my devices want to even connect to begin with, or keeps dropping the connection. I tried calling their support multiple times - but the phone gets put down in my ear immediately! The few times I did manage to get through to support they were impatient, rude, unhelpful, and not knowledgeable. I was put on hold multiple times for several minutes - and then suddenly the phone gets put down in my ear! At one point I was on hold for over 20 minutes, and the phone suddenly got put down in my ear. I advise anybody considering an ISP to stay WELL CLEAR of Home-Connect!
