Auto trader should really monitor who they allow to advertise on their platform. They are allowing businesses like The Bikeshop Boksburg to advertise who are extremely rude, unprofessional and dishonest.
Do not ever book at Casa Toscana, they go for weeks reassuring that you can cancel one of the rooms on the day if your wedding guests can't make it. And then on the day it's a different story. They go as far as belittling you in front of your guests and the manager even has the audacity to call you a **** when all your calls are recorded. If you complain they takes weeks to respond and only respond if you make threats. They do not care that you spend thousands on their venue they will still treat you like **** I did not even ask for a refund, I just wanted to use the room on another day.
Rating Rain SA 1 star is giving them too much credit. Last year we went for over 3 weeks without being able to connect. It took us numerous calls, emails and a lot of screaming and shouting before someone assisted. We were promised a refund for the weeks that we couldn't connect as it was almost a month and still haven't received our refund. One of the managers said that Rain lies when they promises refunds, its just to shut the clients up. We are now AGAIN unable to connect since Thursday, if you report the fault online it gets ignored. If you call they state they can't supply you with a reference number and they don't make notes on their system, so it cant fall back on an agent. This morning I asked for supervisor and got put through to Anthony V. who doesn't see the problem with the pathetic bad service they provide their clients and took it upon myself to stay silent on the phone and eventually put the phone down in my face when he didn't have answers for me. You people will now be hearing from my attorney, I will report you people to the National Consumer Regulator and I will also be contacting The Devi Show and Carte Blanche as there are thousands of people on social media begging for Rain to resolve their disputes and/or issues and Rain just couldn't be bothered. You people should be ashamed of the type of service you provide, only concerned about running competitions on Facebook and not concerned with the issues people are commenting with.
After having to deal with various rude people who all promised that the glass was ordered from Audi, I come to find out it was all excuses and lies. When this was actually taken up with a gentleman who claimed to be the manager (also a lie) my glass window was eventually ordered. The ordering of the window alone took a week. All this while their staff accuse me of lying and all pretended they don’t who I am, and that I never ordered the glass, which I had a quote and went there various times and recorded all my telephone conversations with them. Window was replaced and I thought my dealings with this unprofessional branch was done. A few weeks later while I’m driving I hear a big pop and something flying across inside my vehicle, when I stopped to see what had just happened I realized that the idiots broke my door panel and put it back together with double- sided tape. Once again telephone calls with rude people not wanting to help. Even when they in the wrong they had a bad attitude and are extremely rude. This is the type of service these people pride myselves with.
