Horrible service and absolute staff! No manners at all! Spoken to like they are better than me! Like you’re a waitress, in the air!! You’re not better than anyone! Nothing special about you! All crew was rude! Food I booked prior to the flight was not seen, no extra vegetarian food was available even after FORGETTING main meals! If you were a compassionate company you would have checked on a passengers who had no food for 15 hours!!
Took money off my account for an order I didn’t place, took off double payment 2 days apart for 1 order. R700 gone! Email correspondence for a while for repayment, sent proof of everything and then they stopped responding. No way of taking this further 🤬🤬
Googled gas deliveries in Somerset West and this company came up. I placed an order on 1st of October, they be took 5 days to tell me they don’t deliver in Somerset West. Was promised a refund but 5 days later there has been nothing. Very poor communication and they don’t keep to their word
I ordered a bed the 19th of May and called to confirm my order to which I was told the money has not been received yet, I continued to call every 2nd day to follow up as no one was contacting me. Keep in mind that each person I phoned said they would call me back to which they did not! I now know that the money was received the same day after speaking to a consultant today who was actually helpful, meaning they lied to me about not receiving the money. I waited 2 weeks for this bed, made countless amounts phone calls and it was only delivered today after saying I would hello peter them. I was told that they had already arranged a delivery date with me as claimed on their end, but no one called me regarding this! This was the worst customer service I have received from a company and I will not be ordering anything from them again. Andrea was the consultant who was very helpful today and was the only one who called me back and made sure the bed delivered.
I rented a car from Avis/budget in Cape Town and I was basically harassed by one of the bay checkers. He told me that he wouldn’t check the car unless I give him a hug, he’s was asked very inappropriate questions throughout the check and also asked to get into the vehicle to sign paperwork (could have been done outside). I placed a complaint to the manager and I was basically accused of being the one to initiate the encounter. This was based on camera footage (with no vocal recording) and they called me before even questioning the guy, and they didn’t because he was on holiday. So that already showed they don’t take customers seriously enough to cam someone on during a holiday. So they automatically put him on the right. It took a long time to resolve, but I was left feeling so uncomfortable, vulnerable and unsettled because of what happened. Never hire from them because they have no respect for what customers have to say.
