I want to thank the manager Carrim from Metro Lifestyle Centurion for resolving my query so promptly. He puts customers first and I would recommend going to him with any issues you might have.
This company steals from their clients. I recently sent in my Em****al sewing machine for repairs. On the day I sent it in they told me they would not need anything but the machine. When I walked out they requested that I leave everything with them which I did. After receiving the machine I realized that I did not receive the foot pedal. I phoned them and they immediately get defensive about how they never took the foot pedal and that they do not have it. After going into the store on a Saturday morning to resolve the issue Carrim told me that he would sell me a foot pedal back and that they have to find out the price from the suppliers on Monday. On that next Monday he phoned me with the price and tells me they have one in stock at the store even though they stopped selling this brand of machine after I purchased mine last year!! Through this entire process not one employee or manager offered to at least look and see if my foot pedal might still be in store.
Goldwagen in general should learn how to operate a phone. Answering a phone, saying "Goldwagen hello" and then putting the phone down while helping another customer over the counter is a waste of my time and money. This has not happened once but twice with Centurion and Wierda park branches. I decided to go to the branch as they do not want to help over the phone, they (Wierda Park) did not have my part in stock and then sent me to Pretoria west goldwagen since they had it in stock. Not Surprisingly they also did not have my part in stock but rather had a more expensive alternative in stock. If Goldwagen does not stock a certain part they should remove it from their website
My experience with Bike service center & workshop in Centurion was very pleasant. I would recommend them every time since the service I received was great.
After being with them for 18 months I upgraded to the 10mb/s package. After the upgrade the service is pathetic (less than my previous package). Although the staff are very friendly they always have the same excuse. This is for the Hartbee****rt area.
