I play games on a PS4, and I always use discs to avoid issues with digital. The one time i purchase Add-ons for a game from the Playstore I have a major issue, I paid for the product and downloaded and installed it and IT DOES NOT WORK, When you strat the game it simply says NOT INSTALLED, i have tried to contact Sony and Bethesda with no luck, I tried every self help and quide to fix the issue with no luck, I went to Sone Webside to request a refund and they refuse to give refunds. This is ********. How many millions of people go through the same issue, and SONY just gets away with it? They are ******* and common ******* in my opinion. I will never purchase another online or digital product from them again.
I moved my business from another pharmacy due to a lack of service and product availability. Little did I know I was going to another pharmacy with even worse customer service. They are better stocked but not always what was prescribed to you and they decide the quantity even when a prescription says otherwise. I feel that there are very few places left to receive good service. Yesterday I was told I could stand and wait for my friend as long as I didn't ***** anything. This is by far one of the worst places you can go if you prefer to support smaller companies.

Easy search for what you are looking for and finding a reasonable price for the type of product you want. Delivery is always within the estimated time given and even exchanging a faulty item is a smooth, hassle-free experience. Keep it up.
Just NO. I have gone to (Cradle Stone) for the very last time. Everything is just not up to scratch compared to other stores I've visited. The quality of the fresh produce is terrible for one, the shelves are bare and not stocked. They have specials with a big list of items for only R10 but good luck finding any of those items to purchase. I asked to see the manager and he was not "available". Guys in my opinion don't spend time and effort going to this store you will surely be disappointed.
Avoid McDonald's Great North (Benoni). I stopped for coffee at the drive-thru after repeating the order 9 times (not sure if it's faulty equipment or just the person taking the order) I confirmed the order at the pay section. The price for the coffee as displayed is R23-00 each and I had to pay an additional R1-50 for milk. (granted I did order Americano that does not come with milk) my total for the coffee came to R51-00 so R1-00 over. Got the order and drove away only to find that the milk had not been added as requested and paid for additionally. I made a u-turn and returned to complain. I walked in with the coffee and stood at the counter for several minutes with no one attending to me. I called out into the kitchen area to get service. The "lady" who came to assist (manager) I explained the situation and asked for the coffee I ordered to be fixed. She looked at the receipt and told me that the Americano does not come with milk so I explained for a second time that I asked for cold milk and paid for it. She took the coffee and brought me a coffee with hot milk. So once again I had to explain that I wanted cold milk. Seriously are they just too incompetent or just have a don't care attitude or just don't understand instructions? So if you wish to avoid frustration and getting the wrong order while being overcharged for anything just avoid the McDonald's on Great North.
They have a "so-called" loyalty program where you swipe your card 10 times per month and get a reward. The only time this worked was the first month. I have had to go into the branch several times to get the "issue" sorted out. You get the SMS to say you made it and you will receive your SMS with a code to redeem your reward, but that does not happen. Now you try calling the number supplied that if there is a problem you can call to get assistance. Try calling the number and be prepared to hold on for more than 10 minutes because they just do not answer the call. I have also redeemed my reward using the code supplied by them. When you get to the the paypoint at Shoprite using the code they sent you, you find the code is invalid or not working. What is the point of having a rewards program if it does not work or causes too much effort to even use it?
I ordered a product from them a few weeks ago and they said delivery will be done 2 weeks later. To my surprise I received the item the following week. Good on them. I opened the item and found that it was not what I ordered from them, I went back onto their website and completed the return section, within minutes I received a response and arrangements were made to collect the item, a day later they did collect the item. I'm happy with the service thus far but yet to receive the correct order. I'm happy with their service and I understand that mistakes do happen, it's a bit inconvenient but not the end of the world. They could just improve on their exchange as it would speed up the process.
I have a savings account with them. I lost my job due to a injury on duty and have not used my account as there is no money to deposit into the account. Friends and family tried te help me by sending a ewallet but FNB has blocked my number so that I cannot receive anything. Is this even legal? I will most definitely not make use of FNB ever again and would not recommend them to anyone, if they should encounter any financial difficulties make sure to close your account with them bacause they want their money no matter what. You can starve of hunger but you will have to pay them your monthly fee.
If you are planning on buying furniture I would recommend that you use someone other than House and Home. You pay for low quality furniture and a very high price only to find it will only last a year or less. There is also standard as to the staff they employ as some do a excellent job while others just have a don't care attitude. I bought I recliner set from them with the promise of good quality and long lasting. Less than 1 year later the mechanism was faulty. I called them and they sent a repair guy to collect and repair. This took 2 weeks. Not 15 days later I had the same issue and this time the repair was done a lot faster. Now the 3rd time I was getting frustrated with the process and I was told that they would rather look at a replacement. Not happy but it seemed like a better alternative. After 4 weeks of my complaint and having to phone them several times I was told that the can recommend a reapairer but it would be for my own account. So please rather spend a little more but buy somewhere else. Will save you money and effort at the end of the day.
This is a company that just don't care about their staff. I had a serious injury at work in 2018. This issue is still ongoing. I have had some assistance but non that led to action. I am unable to work and sit with pain day in and day out. What do i do from here? I think companies should be able to assist their employees with such matters.
