I spoke to a call center agent who was rude and hung up the call on me. She said I must call person who logged the call for me, then I spoke to Xolani who didnt help as well. MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ****PY. My airtime disappeared (smc 000 224 68610) Im so disappointed.
Im getting ripped off every month, I logged a billing ticket and no one got back to me. The call center agents hung up on me, There is no one to help. the contact support option, I logged so many requests over there and no one bothers to help me. They dont take customers serious.
A great 3 years experience I had doing my DIT through distance learning. Sthembile Mpanza has been exceptionally helpful throughout the entire 3 years. Always proactive and willing to assist. The BEST course administrator I have ever dealt with. Keep up the good work
The service is terrible at Telkom. I logged a billing query since last year December and no-one has attended to it. They keep charging me for services that are not even in use. Everyone keeps telling me that there is nothing they can do.
