The Best DSTV Installer
My DSTV was giving me problems ( error 48 ) on certain channels and I was advised to upgrade to the new Explora , I upgraded to to the Explora and it took a few hours for DSTV to send an installer . I got a call from Vincent Solutions who came to install my new DSTV Explora . He was punctual and offered me a 5 star service in installing the whole unit . Excellent, friendly and professional service. The installer was punctual and very quick with the installation. He was fully equipped and effortlessly dealt with unforseen on-site challenges . His Job was neat and considerate and he had to climb inside the ceiling to make sure that the cables dont hang everywhere. Quick and efficient response time! Quite happy with the service and he explained very well how the Explora Remote works . I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering using their services .

The Home Of Halaal
We had some Halaal friends at a function and we never got it wrong with HALAAL CATERING LENASIA . They provided us with Exquisite halaal platters and scrumptious halaal meals for our event and in Lenasia . The home cooked meal were such delivered on time and of high quality in lenasia. Halaal catering lenasia offered the service.They had a daily menu with different meal options which everyone liked. Authentic home cooked meals which are tasty and delicious. A delivery service is smooth and effiecient . Our platters are ideal for any occasion. They have predesigned platters available, however ghe best thing is you may request a custom made platter to suit your events . We also added Fruit skewers and platters and they offer a full selection of Fruit skewers and platters amazing indeed . This is a place where you can never go wrong when you want a variety of Halaal platters available including sandwich platters, meat or chicken platters, mixed platters, and vegetarian .

Very visible entry nice parking staff experience . Recently purchased Rosetta kitchen sink cabinet top loved the service I got there. all very helpful and the service great.... would definitely do repeat business with this branch as some other branches don't have the same awesome level of service.... the cashier is very pleasant Plaza Board Centre . I get all my cabinets fitting requirements in one place. Great workmanship . I had the best boards processes as all board cutting is digitally done to ensure an accurate and superb finish. It was made easier to me as potholes were drilled for the prior to my cabinet installation . I'm loving the Rosetta kitchen sink top , simply wiping it down with a damp cloth is enough to free it of stains and leave it hygienically clean as kitchens should be !

LIVESTOCK AT ITS BEST
Lenasia Livestock is a Nice place to buy livestock very clean and hygienic to slaughter and cut according to your wants and delivered conveniently to your doorstep . Extremely happy with the service the live sheep was properly separated from the slaughtering. Once it is your turn, your sheep is taken for you onto the slaughering area and a Moulana is there to guide you exactly where to slaughter. Very easy to ask questions to the personnel wherever you go. Excellent service, meat was on time as promised and professionally sliced and packed. Will definitely recommend them.Owners are friendly and honest. Family holding for many years. Lovely place for the family to spend their Eid (Muslim celebration). They cater for all your livestock needs at affordable prices

MTN IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took a contract for data sim early this year that I am struggling to get it cancelled. Cant get hold of them over the phone and no response on emails.....After signing this contract I became a victim of scams and fraud. Somebody tried to apply fro a credit card in my name, fortunately Nedbank contacted me to confirm. Recently I had an unknown debit order from Telkom and when I phoned they said someone took a phone and the monthly repayments are R1500... I have never supplied anyone with my ID and bank statement but MTN......Something is fishy in your stores or department...........I am battling to get this telkom contract cancelled.....I dont know what to do anymore....

Worst Customer Service
Why is it so difficult to cancel your contract... I have been trying for the last 4 months but no luck. I tried for several days to call the call centre, then I would be on hold for an hour and then you get cut. I am now busy with emails. The first response was the request for personal information to be able to access my account. I sent the information and about a month, I get another email requesting the same information. I supplied them with the required. Now today it has been another 30 days of no response. What else do I do......

I would like to say thank you to Johannesburg South Are Manager and give the group a rate of 10/10 on the feedback i got for my query. I had a complaint about one of their stores and the issue was escalated to the area manager who then contacted me to apologize and ensured that the issue will never happen again. And that further action will be taken to staff members who were unable to assist me.

TFG eVouchers
I am so dissappointed at TFG group as a whole. I received a voucher via sms and I went to Foschini Trade Route Mall to redeem it. They told me the voucher number was invalid. I called the customer service the next day as they refused to contact the customer service saying they don't answer call on weekends. The customer services confirmed the number was correct and I should go to store and ask them to call customer service if they are not sure. So I decided to go to Total Sports to redeem there, the guy who assisted me when to enquire with the manager and came back saying the voucher can only be used at Foschini as it was received from Ponds Company. And he was adamant that the information he got from his manager was correct. I again called customer service and the lady by the name of Thembi confirmed what the store told me. She said whatever the store told you, is correct....I called again to confirm with a different person as the vouched stated that it is a TFG voucher. The person i called said there is no such thing, I should take the voucher to store and let them call the customer service. I went back to Total Sport Lenasia. They told me that they are not sure what to do and when I asked them to call customer service they told me they have problems with their phones. I had to use my phone again. The person who answered the call told me that the voucher is to be used at Jet Store since I have an account there, I told her that she was wrong because I was told I can redeem the voucher at any TFG stores except Jet. She then said "Oh, sorry". And she asked the sales consultant to email the voucher to them. The voucher was emailed and I waited hours for them to respond. Eventually, the sales assistant was told to select e-voucher on the system when redeeming the voucher. I mean after so many days going back and forth to stores, hours waiting at store. This is what they needed to do.....And the sales consultant expected me to buy her lunch/drink after she spent so much time on the phone to get the issue resolved......I have never seen such a thing in my life. I would suggest you give proper training to your employees at stores and customer service about such things. It is really disappointing, time consuming and annoying to deal with things like this.
