I have been drinking Castle Lager for the last 50 years, preferably as 750 ml returnables. For the last two years these are just not available at Pick and Pay, Tops, Glencairn and Simon's Town. Theyclaim restricted availability. Local pubs have the same problem. Please fix this.
I ordered a shower stool and some safety handles for a shower. Two stools were delivered. Numerous phone calls and emails resulted in nothing. Next, ordered 10 specialist light bulbs (LED). Delivery via Pargo. Received a call from a courier who had gone to Herm**** instead of Simon's Town one Friday.Instead of rerouting, the parcel was returned to Leroy. Now, weeks down the line, I have not been refunded and despite daily phone calls, one one agent phoned back to say she could not get an answer from the store. Use Leroy Merlin at your own risk.
I have had the same problem as van Schalkwyk with a flight postponed and then cancelled by KLM in March. Travelstart just string me along (phone calls and email with automated replies) and have made no move to refund more than R30 000. Booking through them and having no direct control of your booking is really not ideal. I suspect this is my last use of Travelstart.
Please review your web pages and remove the "travelbar@ and info@travelstart.co.za". They do not work. Only the chat screen and phone seems to work.
Excellent service and quick, no nonsense replacement of a broken armrest.
Beware of your rights with PMB: I was admitted as an emergency with a broken toe that required a plastic surgeon. This required work in the operating theatre, when wires were inserted into the toe. After 6 weeks, operating theatre again to remove wires. Imagine my surprise when the surgeon and anesthetists were not paid in full, as I had, "voluntarily selected these service providers" not on the Discovery panel. After 20 to thirty phone calls and emails, they eventually relented on the first operation surgeon, but apparently I should have hand-picked my anesthesiologist...he is still not paid. Hint: through the mist of pain, hang in long enough to pick a Discovery Panel person before you pass out, or you will be refused full PMB. I am now taking this up with the Council for Medical Aids, the Ombudsman and probably a civil court case. It does not sound ethical that a doctor works on you, and is then pushed off the case so Adrian Gore can upgrade his Porsche.
Communications with this company is terrible. Sometimes respond to email, but one gets the feeling there is no understanding. They are sitting on a large refund due to me, and this has gone over months. Every other airline I have dealt with refunds within days. I strongly recommend not flying with this airline, much as I would like to support fellow Africans.

It is now 9 months since my car was side-swiped by a WasteMart truck, around the 10th March 2016. I had to do the detective work (the driver claimed the police would not let him report the case!) and they eventually came clean.

Now, 9 months later (a pregnancy takes that long) my payment has not yet happened, despite numerous phone calls. The poor assistant, Cindy Masters, eventually put me on to the Big Cheese, who informed me that they might pay at the end of October. So, I am still R17 000 short to have my car repaired.
