Had the worst customer service. On the 26 August I went to do my monthly grocery at the store,when it was my turn to be assisted I greeted the cashier (Keikantseng Mabusela) who then didn’t even acknowledge me.She was busy in conversation with her parker,making all sort of bad comments about management infront of me.I then asked for cash back but she didn’t respond again,me being frustrated with her attitude I asked if she heard me and she said yes with attitude. She asked me to insert my card for payment,but I noticed that some of my staff were left behind.When I asked why she didn’t till then ,she answered again with attitude,and I code”gadi till sesi ke etseng nna”meaning “ she can’t till them because they not scanning.I then told her I’m not leaving with my Epimex soap,and it’s not my problem they not scanning. If you guys look at the camera,she left me there after her cash up even after telling her I’m not leaving without my items.She told me to call the manager myself and walked out on me. Keikantseng really need to be trained again so that she can understand what is customer service.Its simple ,if she’s tired of serving us she must just quit her Job ,also I demand an apology from her because I feel so disrespected.Especially the way I started with my respect Her manager Seun gave me the best service,after he stepped in.unfortunately he is not the one who is on floor everyday,Ms Mabusela is the face of the store she really needs training.
Good morning Can you kindly assess Edgar’s Soshanguve Crossing.Everytime I go there to buy it’s just one consultant handling a Queue. service is so poor that I asked Dineo in the Perfume section to assist me as I wanted to buy just 1 item,she just looked at me and walked away.Please do something with the staff for them to be able to deliver better customer service for us.It’s tiring everytime I go there,I have to wait 30min on the queue before they help.
On the 12th July 2022 I went to Truworths Kolonnade to exchange shoes. When I got there, I was helped by a polite guy called Lebo,who explained to me that I cannot exchange without a receipt. I requested a gift voucher but again he mentioned I cannot do that also, the matter was escalated to the manager(Doreen) who gave me an attitude. She said to me, and I code "you want me to leave my work and help you because you lost your receipt?". I believe I'm a customer, me being there it means it's also part of her job. Ultimately the matter was resolved because I was given a gift voucher at the end. I am not happy with how Doreen spoke to me. I strongly believe that Customer Satisfaction must be a priority for any business institution. Irrespective of that I lost a receipt she was not supposed to treat me like that.
