To start no internet for 2 days. Spoken to 3 people over the time period. To call a fourth person and when i asked how many logs have been made to fix my problem they told me they are creating the first one. After all agents promising me they were creating a log to fix the problem. Your company is terrible the call center the accounts department the complete disregard for your customers
I understand now, i get it, your just people who are terrible at their jobs. Who aren't being managed effectively. scamming people out of money your accounts department is a mess. your call centres need to be managed and repaired and derived of the toxic people that are there. you have the worst rating of any service provider and I'm sad that it took me this long to finally give up on you. please close my account down thanks and Supersonic you guys should get an award for Ruining lives and peoples general happiness. Ps the 18 minutes wait to have the phone put down on me and then called back to wait an additional 22 minutes on hold then call dropped shows me how much your company is in need of desperate help to get itself on track. should you ever need someone to actually filter the toxic environment for you give me a call but if not please make sure that you remove me from your database.
I am pleased to say a very big thank you to this veterinary practice for always making me feel welcome and that my pets will always be looked after. To the front of house staff, Kegan has always greeted with a smile and been extremely informative of details and products regarding my Pet. Thank you to the doctors that have helped on all occasions. thank you doctor Pierce for you Guidance and Distracting pup while he gets his injections. overall a great Veterinary practice.
how is it possible that after numerous phone calls and endless hours spent on the phone to sort out your pro rata scam, you cannot charge a person for a whole month then change their contract without them knowing and bill them for half of the month they have already paid for. and then when you fix your own error you charge them pro rata again. your call center agents are not bothered with sorting out the problems due to the fact they have no knowledge of the products or how to deal with clients, your accounts department after many attempts does not fix the issues that they have made. your a scam company and i will be finding another service provider and refuse to pay more towards your scam company i will post publicly and spread this message i cant beleive after the numerous phone calls and spoken to so called management that you beleive you have helped me. your reviews on your company are disgusting and i would be ashamed if i was running a company under MTN's name like that
DR Chistel Fick, I Needed an emergency Root Canal and the admin staff helped direct me to the offices before they were open and made arrangements for me to get tended to with immediate effect. I am truly thankful for the wonderful service i got and the amazing quick efficient way i was dealt with. My Dentist Christel was extremely efficient and gentle with me, made jokes and spoke me through every procedure as i was going through it letting me know why things were being done and what they were being done for. Thank you to the team and thank you for becoming my new Dentist
Standard bank mobile.... given me a call telling me there is products on the line with regards to my cheque acount. After trying to hear the caller over the Call center that sounds like a kinder garden in background i said i did not want any products, After putting down the phone i got a call back telling me to go into the bank to find out why they are calling me. As there are constantly so many issues with call centre agents calling to try offer credit cards or added services on your account i find that it is an issue for someone to call me back and tell me after asking a second time if they are trying to sell me a product to go into the bank to find out why they are calling me.

Followed all the Steps online with all Documents proceeding to do the application Spoke to Many Many People on the Phone through both your lines to try continue the Application ********** 247 and ********** 479 My Failed attempts to get my account Open and CIPC Registration after paying 27 July 2018 Emails and 2 Phone calls 1 Aug 2018 4 Phone calls 1 Email (told to wait 3 days in email) 7 Aug 2018 1 Email 2 Phone Calls (system offline cant help call back in a week was the response) 17 Aug 2018 2 Phone Calls and attempts to follow up via FNB App and emails 7 September 2 Phone Call Systems still off 19 September 2 Phone Call Still System off 2 Oct 1 Phone Call Put on hold for 53 minutes (Ran out of airtime) 19 Feb 2019 Because WHY NOT TRY 42 Minutes on hold (ran out of airtime again thanks fnb) your service is appalling and you have stolen the money for the registration. Im Sick of waisting my time and effort when you clearly cannot help at all.
