I would just like to send the BIGGEST shoutout to MICHELLE BOSCH at Ross Champion for the most amazing commitment and dedication. She is the Champion in their name. I have been getting complete updates from the time my vehicle was booked in. I honestly wish all businesses had a “Michelle”. All I can say is HUGE thank you to you. I am truly grateful for you going totally beyond the call of duty. I have never received such great service and they are blessed to have you in their employ.
COMMENDATION: Donny Reddy I would just like to give a HUGE shout out for Consultants: Donny Reddy who assisted me with my accident. The service he provide is unbelievable. Lodging a claim is all done telephonically and efficient. Finalisation of any claim never exceeded more than 2 weeks. He kept me updated during the entire process and sometimes just a curteous call. I will never change my insurance, even if others can reduce monthly charge. Outsurance you are simply the best. Donny went way beyond his call of duty on this and always made me smile and put me at ease.

Good afternoon I would just like to extend my extreme gratitude for your fantastic service at King Price. This is by far the most efficient, professional and timeous of finalization I have ever encountered. No fuss, hums or haaas. Everything is done telephonically with so much pleasantness. No paperwork. Claim sorted out in a week. Absolutely great service. I would like to say a special thank you to Anita Nhamposse for all you did to finalize my claim so quickly. Your enthusiasm and professionalism hasn’t gone unnoticed. You truly are an asset to this amazing institution. God bless.
Went to the Hillcrest branch (October 2020). Not quite sure if there was a language barrier or what. But two consultants could not help us. They then called one of the managers, if memory serves correct it was Lynn. I have never encountered such arrogance and disrespect. Our Father recently passed away and a signature needed to be updated. Simple... not. She proceeded to say my sister needed proof of address to which we said was the same as the utility bill provided. “Lynn” the said, quite arrogantly yes, but he is dead. I politely asked her to reframe from saying it like that, as he was our Father and had “passed away”. She then again still went on to say, yes but he is still dead. The audacity. Absolutely no compassion for what we are still going through. We provided letter of executorship ; ID’s; death certificates but all that was still not good enough. After waiting so long to get our ticket called; time wasted by not one, not two, but 3 bank employees and none of them could literally understand one signature was required. FNB seriously needs to sit with their staff and taught how to word themselves to grieving persons. I will NEVER bank or do any bank with them again. Lack of incompetence and empathy seriously lacking.
