Pathetic service!
On 17 July 2025 my geyser pipes broke and left me with a waterfall in the house. Ceiling has a huge hole and wooden floors damaged. I phoned my own plumber to fix the issue, but are still awaiting an outcome of the assessor and payback from Ooba. This is already my 2nd review on Hellopeter.

Poor service
I have been waiting more than a month to get info on how and when my ceiling and floors will be fixed after the geyser pipe burst. I got my own plumber to fix the pipes, and still awaiting pay back. If I waited for Ooba to sent someone to fix the pipes, I would still have no water.

No service
Nashua Worcester, Western Cape, installed a camera system and telephone system at our school. We are on a 5 year contract with them. I don't think there has been one month without some sort or problem with the systems, especially the camera system. It is constantly not working - not due to loadshedding. There are never any technicians available to support us or sort out the problems. I am looking for ways to end the contract as soon as possible. Will never do business with them again.

I need better service
I bought salomon tackies a year ago at Trappers, Worcester. I took it back to be replaced because of a fault in the shoe in October 2018. I still haven't received the new tackie. Every time they just say they will order it and then they say they can't find my number in the shoe. I don't know whether Trappers or Salomon has git the problem. After 4 months I am really getting fed up!
