I went to the "head office" at 7 Crocker Rd, Wadeville, Germiston as indicated on their website, but all I found was a very ***** corrugated iron building with no indication of "Sleepmonk" in sight! I asked some people outside if they knew the place and no one knew of it. Luckily I didn't pay upfront for anything.
My son enrolled with INTEC in 2020 for a Diploma in Building Surveying. He completed all but one subject in the 2021 exams. When we enquired whether he can enroll for the 2nd year subject and also do the one outstanding subject simultaneously, we were advised that it will not be possible and that he first needs to finish the outstanding 1st year subject. It took us more than 6 months to find anyone that helped us to enroll him for ONE SINGLE SUBJECT, for which I had to pay the FULL R16,000! for ONE SUBJECT!!! My son has submitted his assignments and online assessments on time in 2023, but to date we have not been able to get hold of ANYONE TO ASSIST him, or let him know when he can write exams!! Apart from this, we CONSTANTLY get threatening SMS messages saying that our account is in arrears, and that we will be handed over to lawyers for collection and blacklisted, even though the amount of R1101 goes off my account EVERY MONTH FOR THE LAST 6 months!!!! After holding on their call centre helpline for 40 minutes!!!! I managed to speak to a person just last week (15 January) that checked and confirmed the account is up to date, and that I can just ignore the messages?! Yesterday, 22 January 2024, we received yet ANOTHER SMS stating, and I quote " FINAL NOTICE:Notwithstanding previous requests for payment, your Intec College account remains in arrears. Failure to pay by 22/1/2024 will result in your account being handed over. Call 031-8141100". The provided number is also an absolute SXXT SHOW!!!! In my experience, the average waiting time on this number is around 40 to 65 minutes, and then they give you some lame ass answer of redirect you to another email or number that never responds. Which you person these days have so much airtime to hold on for a nonsensical answer????? I say again...INTEC "COLLEGE"....WHAT A FRIKKING JOKE!!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Anton in February 2022. I collected the vehicle on the Saturday and on Monday I decided to exchange it for another one. There was nothing wrong with the 1st vehicle, I just felt that the other one would be a better purchase. They assisted me with the exchange without hesitation. Monica helped with all the bank arrangements and everything went smoothly. When the battery on the 2nd vehicle started giving problems 2 months later, they replaced with a new one without any hesitation or arguments! Excellent service from Anton (Sales agent), Monica (Finance) and Jan (Sales Manager). Always super quick to respond to emails and whatsapp messages...even after the sales was done!
Pity there isn't a ZERO or MINUS rating on Hellopeter! Bought and paid for an air fryer in November 2021. LOTS of promises on delivery by end of Dec 21. Now in June 2022, no feedback! ALSO NO REFUND! Their website is still active and selling MORE AIRFRYERS!!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE! Facebook page also still active, but they immediately delete all comments and doesn't answer Facebook Messenger messages either. Email address (team@tidee.co.za) also not working!!!! If/WHEN I find "Matt" we will have a "nice conversation" in a dark alley!
My daughter opened an account at the Identity Ermelo branch in January and they were supposed to order a dress for her graduation ceremony for 8 March. The salesperson that "assisted" her (don't know her name - employee ID ********** ) told her she cannot order the dress unless she pays IN FULL for the dress upfront?!! My daughter paid the R350 in cash after which the salesperson said it will be there in 2 weeks. This was on 17 January. On 21 February when my daughter went to inquire about the dress, she was told it wasn't ordered, with no entry in the order book. The same salesperson then also denied knowing anything about the R350 that was paid in cash. I instructed my daughter to immediately pay up her outstanding balance and close her account. They then didn't want to close her account as they said it must be done by head office. We have been loyal customers of numerous Identity stores over a very long time, but this is totally unacceptable and I cannot see how we will ever support your store again!
Excellent service by GARMIN SA for assisting with my GARMIN Fenix 3 HR battery issues! I was pleasantly surprised and can highly recommend GARMIN SA!
