I bought a used 2016 suzuki celerio from Ferdinand and i am very happy with their service from start to end they made a very happy customer amd will deal with them again they kept me up to date. Excellent service thanks Ferdinand.

I will never ever buy a bike from this dealership again, the sales people are not skilled at what they do, they do not have that go getter attitude when it comes to helping customers or selling their bikes to you, their attitude is either you want it or you dont thats it, the sales people dont even stay with you as the customer for when you have question about the bike you are intrested and if you do it is like your wasting his or her time for asking these questions... for example... My dad was pre approved on a motorcycle 2 days before he went to look at the bike, when we got there the battery was out for charging which is understable, when my dad took a different bike for testing we asked the sales person to please get the bike ready for testing as my dad would like to just stop and the other bike for test drive as well, when my dad came back after test drive the bike he actually was intrested in was never ready, we asked tye sales person again please bring out the bike? But a different sales person mamaged to get the bike ready for his customer and sold it on the spot!! Now i mean come on we asked him nicely please get the bike ready, we were also first in place for the bike as my dad was approved 2 days before am i right or wrong here ? The sales person never marked the bike Sales pending and that is why the other sales person sold it, Clearly the sales person never did his job the way he was supposed to and by not doing his job he lost a sale, customer anf future customers and possible commission on his salary, we left there without buying a bike and will not return ever again, i am not even going to mention the service i recieved when i bought my bike from TRD about 2 months ago, so i will leave it here for you guys to decide.
I have been with Miway for about 2 years now and i must say that i am happy with there service, if there is heavy rains or hail storms ahead then they will let you knowbto get your car undercover, #Blackfriday , why because if they did not ley upu know and the hail will damage your car you will need to claim that will cost ypu money so by letting us know as the customer we save money! Thats whatbi call an every time #Blackfriday
So i got fibre from Easyweb, signed a 24 months contract, signed a debit order so they can take their money on time as stated on the contract, when the first invoice came it showed it was paid for July, but i contcated them and told them that no money was debited forbthat month from my account and they told me no worries everything is up to date, second invoice came for august and also showed that it is paid and i contacted them again that the money was not deducted and they told me again no worries the account is fully up to date, so Today 30th August 2019 i recieved 2 invoices R600 for september and the another invoice for R1198 for july and august that was not paid, i dont think this is fair to me as the customer i contacted them and told them that you guys haven't deducted the money and now all of a sudden i must just rock out R1800 rand?? I mean clearly this was not my fault and thatvthe fault was on their side and that i should not be liable for those 2 months july and august that you they did not deduct as agreed on contract and me as the customer contacted them and told them you guys must take your money they only said they can make a payment plan, so for of ypu out there i suggest if you do decide to go with easyweb as your isp make sure they debit you before you get suprises like me, cannot cancel the contract as it is a 24 months but for those out there what would you think they should have done ? I think they should have just written those 2 months off as it was their fault and only started billing me from now on, Bad service if you ask me!!
