Purchased my new Z900 from Shanay. The experience as a whole was fantastic as she took her time taking me through several options to finally lead me to a motorcycle I am thrilled about. The F&I, Michelle, manage to acquire a fantastic rate for me. She was friendly, transparent and did everything she could to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. The accessories department, Mike and Sharon, ensured the parts and extras I purchased were right for me and my new motorcycle. The experience was awesome and thank their entire team for going the extra mile.

Bought a Sym motorcycle from TRD Boksburg. Brand new and they did not give me a service book. They advertised bike with Warranty. When driving home I noticed the front break buckling. I called them emediatly and they said they will sort it out with next service. Over time it got worse and when service time came and we asked them to fix it since bike is still under waranty they told me that the bike was bought out of waranty from their their supplier. SO THEY ADVERTISED IT WITH A WARANTY AND THEN WHEN WE TRIED CLAIMING THEY SAID IT HAD NONE. Dis is absolutely ubsurd. I fell with the bike because of the buckle the wheel makes when you break. Don't buy from these guys. They come with stories and service is absolutely terrible. They sold a bike under false waranty and now we have to pay for a mistake they nerd to fix for me to be safe on the road.

I bought a Honda CBR 1000 RR from them. It was said that the bike went through their workshop and everything on bike was checked and in good shape. When I collected the bike, I noticed the fairings was loose on bike and had to wait for them to fix it, I drove back home (300km), the front fork seals started leaking oil and the yoke bearing on steering had a knock noise. I called them and told them about it, they want me to use my warranty I took out on bike to fix the faults. I will never do business with them again.

I will never ever buy a bike from this dealership again, the sales people are not skilled at what they do, they do not have that go getter attitude when it comes to helping customers or selling their bikes to you, their attitude is either you want it or you dont thats it, the sales people dont even stay with you as the customer for when you have question about the bike you are intrested and if you do it is like your wasting his or her time for asking these questions... for example... My dad was pre approved on a motorcycle 2 days before he went to look at the bike, when we got there the battery was out for charging which is understable, when my dad took a different bike for testing we asked the sales person to please get the bike ready for testing as my dad would like to just stop and the other bike for test drive as well, when my dad came back after test drive the bike he actually was intrested in was never ready, we asked tye sales person again please bring out the bike? But a different sales person mamaged to get the bike ready for his customer and sold it on the spot!! Now i mean come on we asked him nicely please get the bike ready, we were also first in place for the bike as my dad was approved 2 days before am i right or wrong here ? The sales person never marked the bike Sales pending and that is why the other sales person sold it, Clearly the sales person never did his job the way he was supposed to and by not doing his job he lost a sale, customer anf future customers and possible commission on his salary, we left there without buying a bike and will not return ever again, i am not even going to mention the service i recieved when i bought my bike from TRD about 2 months ago, so i will leave it here for you guys to decide.

Bought a bike there about 2 months ago i took out a 2 year warranty extra and took the bike back because it has a over heating problem and they say the bike is fixed after leaving it there for one day but now the bike cut off at 102 degrees and thats after the "fixed" it even when i phoned them a week after and stating the bike goes to 105-107 the guy said its normal it should only cut out at 110 degrees

TRD boksburg honestly impressed me, Sean Swart the salesman who helped me was extremely polite, professional and gave off a feeling of genuinely being there to help me choose the right bike and not just get another sale in. He had no problem with me asking multiple questions, he would discuss which bikes could be dropped for my hight and which would be better for my height. The sales rep Stefan did an amazing job helping me select new gear, taking a look at the actual bike to suggest what colors would go better, explaining some of the new gear am not use to and what they do and even walking down with the gear to compare a few different options with the bikes look and colors. Am extremely impressed with their service and am grateful for their help. Now it's just to wait for the registration that Sean is doing for my bike for me (I will update on that once it's done) and then I will be all set. Thanks again to everyone at TRD.

Good day. This is a really "sh#$%" dealer to buy a motorcycle from! I bought a Z1000 Kawasaki motorcycle CASH and up until now i haven't received my licence or Natis papers or anything. I been talking to the sales man (Pierre) and the secretary (Cindy), a couple of times and every time there is an excuse. I paid CASH on 20 April 2019 and have been having arguments with this dealer ever since and still no paperwork received. I can't register the motorcycle on my name (which they said i can't do as they are a dealer, and I paid for R1500 for this to be done, where I offered to do it myself!, they refused) I can't get a license disc done, I can't make number plates! This is ridiculous, they said they waiting for the Natis paper's?? and then they couldn't get the license done at municipality and and and....which I phone the municipality and there was no problem with the license department, (Pierre said the license department was offline for a few weeks). I did warn Pierre that I'm going to put a complaint on Helo Peter and he laughed about it. I left it another week and still no response form TRD Motorcycles. I'm fed up with these people as they just ignore you flat and I can't get my motorcycle on the road or legally on my name. Would you please help me out here?? This is now a few weeks from 20/4/2019 to 24/5/2019. Which it was promised it will be done in 2 weeks. Francois Rykaart ********** 406 Thank you
