So my previous review was removed cause I didnt see the mail in time asking for proof. So this time I am ready will all proof that we paid these *$_÷>%&*. Truck "had a delay" on day of move anx arrived 7 hours late. Sent a too small truck and blaimed us for not listing items correctly. I have all proof that we conducted ourselves in the correct manner. Now telling insurance company he nevet moved us but I have all photos and messages Gladly use him (probably now under a new name) if you wanna lose your mind and belongings. What an embarressmant he is to the business sector.
This is my 2nd review as 1st got deleted due to e-mail confirmation (which I did not get). Basically the same as all. Booked, paid deposit and on day truck arrived 6plus hours late. 10T truck became a 6tonner. Damaged and ****** furniture. He probably doesnt even have insurance. I am still traumatized by these *********** people. Facebook reviews are ****, be CAREFUL!
Firstly the truck was 6 hours late, then waaay to small. He had a *** story of some method he uses to calculate what truck is needed. He switched off his phone after 5 and we had to pay R2400 extra to get our stuff moves. Plus R4000 for a "trailor". I had to leave so many things behind. A truck (with shareload) arrived with so many things missing and/or damaged. He was very proud to tell us our stuff is insured but now simply ignoring us. What a dreadful person. I hope everybody contacts Devi.
I saw an adverti*****t for 25mbps unacapped LTE online @ R649 per month and decided to upgrade to ti. Upgrade went fine BUT when i collected the router my contract stated 20mbps line. The irritated salesman in menlyn showed me there is no 25mbps line but only 20 and 30. I went home to check the mail they sent me during upgrade and it clearly stated 25. I immediately contacted them and for the last 4 weeks been talking to numerous operaters. Although vodacom agreed it was their fault nothing has been done! Joy from upgrades called me yesterday and said I must collect my new router at menlyn atterbury vodacom and that he sorted all out. I sat there for 2 hours with no success. Angie said she was unable to move me to 30mps line @ R649 ( which is what they agreed to) cause nothing has been changed on vodacom's side in order for this to be successfull. I myself tried 4 times to get hold of Joy. Nobody returned her OR my calls. So here I am. Paying for 30mps line but getting 20mpsline and VODACOM is simply missing in action. There is word for this: STEALING> I will give them another 7 days from this post to fix this. If not, I am filing a complaint with the consumerboard. They are VERY quick to lock us in a 2 or 3 year contract but useless in fixing their own mistakes.
Called end of month of March 2021 to upgrade datapackage. Consultant offered me 100g for R399 and will be captured and up and running 1 April 2021. Nothing was done and I still only had 20G! Called them again cause "all calls are recorded". The operater said nothing was captured and that package does not exist! So I inisted on Vodacom fixing this and pull up the recording. She then offered me 60g for R299 but now will only be available from 1 MAy! I once again insisted that Vodacom credits me for month of April as I am not at fault. They would "pull up" the recording and get back to me in 48 hours. ................still waiting! I have never dealt with such ineffectiveness. If I dont hear from them in next 48hours I will cancel ALL my contracts with them and go somewhere else. Even my cancellation of my contract was mishandled by the operator and same story "we will pull up the recording". Their recordings mean nothing when THEY are at fault.
The worst contract I ever entered to with Telkom mobile! Since inception not ONE debitorder was correct. EVENTUALLY got to a consultant who told (in writing) me to reverse the debitorder in January (that was three times the amount) and pay the amount she stipulated. She then told me that all will be well from February and yes it was! I was so happy until I applied for a homeloan to discover that Telkom listed me as THREE months in arrears! Now I ask you? Would my line not have been cut? I spoke to a consultant yesterday who said my account is NOT in arrears. The lady who e-mailed me is now silent and creditbureau INSIST on a letter from here. How pathetic it is that companies like Telkom are just able to do whatever they want and list us here and there when they have no clue how to run their business! Now I sit with ""arrears" on my name when I am NOT in arrears!!! NEVER EVER again a Telkom-contract!

Hy skuld my al 6 maande geld en antwoord nie sy foon nie, stuur net elke nou en dan ""volgende week" boodskap. Ek is een van 4 waarvan ek weet wie se karre hy verkoop het en nooit betaal het nie.
