I got the worst service from MTN bought momo data for R199 (MY MTN HOME) tried connecting but not winning, called the momo department and they refer me to the customer service till the technical but still no connection. I mean why should 1 struggle so much I used this data before no issue and now it’s a different story. Honestly this is the worst’s see ever for someone who has bee with MTN FOR MORTHAN 20 years.

I write this review with a heavy heart, the Seshego hospital has the worst service any human being can ever endure this is also some of the reasons we loose our loved ones cause of the poor service and not acknowledging sick people when they need help. My grandfather was taken from the Diana clinic by ambulance to Seshego hospital on the 7th of December 2023 and arrived around 7pm, today is the 8th of December 2023 time 10:57 and he has not been admitted yet he is in pain and all the nurses say is will check on him nothing happens. What’s the point of having a public hospital where they don’t even help the public? This is not fair for the whole public to be treated like this management where are you in such situations?.
Me and my family are really having the worst experience ever we have been calling Eskom to come and fix the electricity issue cause by the strong winds on Tuesday night and every time we call Eskom they keep telling us they will send someone it has 3 days now and no1 has even bothered to make their way here to help us
Their service is bad the internet is forever buffering, you send an email and no 1 gets back to me nor try to solve the situation so I will never recommend it to anyone
Their after service is bad. Had a starter and battery problem with my bike,took in the bike and it was due for a service,I was charged for a service but the bike still has the same problem and they telling me it’s cause of a phone charger where the charger is something recent they didn’t bother to test the starter/battery and wanted to just get rid of the driver,but they were persist about payment and they just told my driver it will be fine as they charged the battery. They did not help me at all as I thought they would and honestly I would never buy or recommend anyone to go there so that they can get that kind of service. The sales person was good but after that everything went south
It is very bad i have been paying MTN for over 2 years without missing a payment and when i took out a claim i payed more premiums for low excess now after claiming im told i have to pay R2100 and i don't understand why cause the contract that i have says R300 excess and im told this after i called in so many times the consultants just hang up the phone which i find it very rude.
I would like to really thank Khanyisile from oaksure financial services for the best customer service. If it wasn't for her i would still be confused, I really appreciate it and thank you so so much 5 star isn't enough to rate you cause you deserve more than a 5 star.
The excellent experience i received by Esmeralda Adams was out of this word. It felt so good to be treated with kindness,patience and respect to a point that i felt like i new the lady for a very long time. You really know your job and i believe that thats your true true personality. Big up and keep the good work up i really appreciate it.
