und like she's a *****, when she stopped to ask him if she's in his way he treated her very rudely and my 6 year old daughter was so scared and traumatised by this when a complaint was logged with the store manager she very abruptly told my mom that she sorted it out and spoke with the security guard which honestly looked like she didn't even want to listen to the story , this store is the worst out of all the clicks in western Cape I won't ever shop here again and I will board cast this to all my followers utterly disgusted with this store , that manager needs to go back to college and be taught about customer service, they allow beggars Infront of there store but when a decent person comes and shops there then one gets treated like a ***** I hope clicks head office sees this and takes action against those that lack customer service.
I would like to let everyone know not to buy at KFC liberty promenade Mall ever , they gave my 5 year old daughter a mouldy ice cream and when I went to complain the lady infront busi or whatever her name is refused to reimburse me my money, I'm going to expose it on social media I want an explanation as to why KFC employs such *********** people who has zero compassion for there jobs not for customers and I want my money back coz if my child ends up with food poisoning I'm really sueing y'all coz I have a video of how disgusting this ice cream is.
I applied a week ago for a contract, they phoned me but the consultant put the phone down nd im still waiting on a phone call back from cell c this is ridiculous ive applied so much times for a contract yet they would decline me but no after service is given which i find very unfair, i applied again yet no1 has called nothing
I applied with this loan place quinn finance before and i got the best service but now im seeking another loan and they dont get back to me ive sent emails i received no response i called them last friday 7th august and the guy took my number down and said he will contact me back asap cause i told him i need the loan urgently up til today i still dont get no response from him nor the lady lorriane whom i contact via email but she also hasnt gotten back to me this is the worst service u received ever
on the 27/2/2019 i applied for a contract by cell c , i was a customer of theres but i got told by call centre consultant Dennis Sibanyoni that my contract expired so he need to open a new line and then i told him all my work details , my work address and including my cell phone number has changed so he told me he will send me a email with the documents he need to update nd process my application , i replied to his email then i heard nothing from him after the mail no call back nothing then on the 28/2/2019 i emailed Dennis telling him im still awaiting feedback, still i got no response from him , i called the same day waited hours on the phone until someone assisted me and told me after i quoted my I.D number that my application is going through vetting process and that Dennis will get back to me as some of there departments is having a strike i thanked him and hang up ,i waited and waited got no email no sms nothing i then emailed Dennis on the 1/3/2019 asking him again for feedback whats happening he replied telling me that its going through vetting process still and i will receive response via sms i waited and waited i received no sms no email nothing then yesterday the 5/3/2019 i messaged them via there website , i received a email from consultant Kholiwe Magagula and she CC Razia Adams in her mail stating (Dear Customer Thank You for your enquiry regarding our exciting limited new offer. Kindly note that we have attempted to reach you , without success Kindly respond to this e-mail with the preferred time to make contact. Please contact 084145 Option 1 (free from your Cell C handset) for assistance with your request. Regards KHOLIWE MAGAGULA DIRECT SALES AGENT) that was her mail and i replied attaching my communication with Dennis also showing her my call log screen shots everything and this is her reply to my email this morning 6/3/2019 (Good day Application is declined – please check below Regards Kholiwe) with a computer screenshot showing the reason why it got declined , firstly my home telephone number is my old work number , my cellphone number is my old cellphone number my work telephone number is my old cellphone number also this is what i noticed then i noticed that it said my home address is not verified , now as i stated before i was a customer of cell c and both times i done upgrades via the call centre and had twice a phone delivered to the same address they saying is unknown and not verified , by now im furious and upset at this bad service i recieved from Dennis and Kholiwe because i replied to her email asking her has she even read my email correctly the first time did she see all the communication i had with Dennis ,did she also take time to see that the screenshot she sent me contained wrong information about my personal details which i changed with Dennis over the phone sent him proof via email , yet my application got declined cause Dennis did not do his job at all and Kholiwe lied by telling me they tried calling me but got no hold of me and then with not even replying to my mail about my conversation with Dennis she just say my application is declined no remorse no sorry no nothing pathetic service and shocking to me as i never ever in my life thought that i would receive this bad service from cell c , i doubt il ever get a reply from Kholiwe regarding my email i sent her cause i waited whole afternoon with no reply ,they not even planning on doing my application over with correcting my details nothing i wont ever recommend a friend or any of my family to do business with cell c they are just bad also i CC Razia Adams in my response email not even a reply from her did i receive.
