Placed an order, paid, received confirmation, order was dispatched, then lost and then dispatched again. Still waiting for a refund more than a month later.
Recurring bad service from Burger King Sandridge Mall in Midrand. Missing items on the last three orders with no resolve. Very disappointed!!!
I have been receiving text messages stating that I owe Pembury Schools money. Credit Intel sent me the below message. We accept u agree to amount R8456.75 owed to Pembury Schools Pty Ltd. FNB Ac 62319854164 Br: 250655 Ref:PEM002CAR349 CreditIntel Tel 0129400140 I have sent numerous emails and haven’t received any feedback in the last two weeks. The call centre is of no assistance. Still waiting for a supervisor to call me. We do not accept or agree to the amount owing to Pembury Schools. We also do not accept the fact that we get charged for every sms that we receive. This is ridiculous. Can someone at Credit Intel or Pembury Schools call me?
I have been trying to get a hold of the FNB Online Fraud Division since Monday, 04 March 2017. Nobody answers the phone and all you hear is the recorded message on repeat saying that there is high call volumes. I have called everyday at different times( holding on for atleast twenty minutes at a time) hoping that my call will be answered. I have contacted the FNB Premier banking suite and they are unable to help me. What's the purpose of having your "own" suite of bankers if they are unable to assist. Can someone please contact me from your Online Fraud division!
