Customer service doesn't exist through their platforms. The telephone service was cutoff and no attempt to call me back to resolve the non-delivery of my parcel. Ther is no e-mail address to raise a query.
I had an unfortunate bad experience at Dischem Carnival Mall on the 11 May 25 when I collected meds on a script (extract below) and then requested outstanding meds from a repeat script I’ve been receiving meds from. The staff struggled to find the script albeit i receive regular meds from another branch. I told them that it is possible that a 2nd profile existed, but my comments were ignored. It was just the way the staff handled the situation, and the dispenser was very abrupt and unprofessional. It could have been handled in a manner that would have been acceptable for me to postpone the collection to another day for my regular Dischem to dispense. After some consideration with the Pharmacist intervention, an attempt was made to contact my regular Dischem. That attempt was unsuccessful, and I left being frustrated. Please explore what the problem is from a Dischem perspective. I had no issues at other Dischem outlets. I collected Meds in Port Elizabeth when I was on holiday without hiccups. I have used Dischem East Rand Mall and Rynfield, also without any hiccups. I have since collected my meds from my regular Dischem and they advised Carnival Mall Dischem Manager of the profile no. This complaint was raised to the Pharmacy Manager, Charne Jooste but she has since not bothered to contact me.

An item was expected for delivery on Tuesday, 10 Sept 24. RAM Couriers failed to record the correct delivery address and did not deliver citing incorrect delivery address on waybill. I contacted the helpdesk telephonically and by email and re-submitted the delivery details. Please note that there has been no delivery as at now. Customer service is poor, with no updates and feedback being given. Good Day Takealot has not supp**** the AKASO EK7000 Pro 4k Action Camera with Touch screen & Waterproof Camera I ordered as per the Ad…..it I stipulated that the camera comes with a touch screen and is the PRO series. What I have received is not the PRO series. The ordinary EK7000 has different functionality from the advert of the EK7000 Pro. I ordered my Chronic medication for delivery and was met with an abusive, arrogant and insolent delivery man. His intention was to "throw and go" and was unapproachable to answer queries with the delivery. I requested a contact no and had to bear the brunt of an arrogant and insolent deliveryman. I sent him back with the goods.
Stall no C39 East Rand Traders Square Worst possible stall in terms of customer service. I needed to purchase accessories and was virtually sent off by the salesperson. He was rude and refused for me to ask a question. He was abrupt. I complained to another salesperson and left. Eventually shopped st Torque Racing and got all my accessories with brilliant customer service. They recommended a person to fit the accessories and it was all done.
No it's not ok to jeep me waiting! The business should deliver to promise. I now have to compromise on my commitments due to the late delivery of my vehicle.
