Dangerous service provider
I sold my car five months ago and informed cartrack, they are still debiting me even after informing me them several times. I even contacted them to remove the device prior to sale and they told they won't remove it I should just cancel the contract.

Stay away from this ****mers, I paid them a deposit to install a pool cover and now they are ignoring my me after failing to install it. At first they told about having cash constraints after I requested a refund.

Poor service
This firm refused to pay me back my full deposit after the offer to purchase has lapsed. This firm kept my money on a contract that is null and void,taking me back and forth.

Very Poor service
We basically making donations to cartrack, what a useless company. I received a very bad reception from my very first call reporting the hijacking of my vehicle. The next thing I'm told the unit has been jammed and therefore they don't know where the vehicle is, it has been three weeks since. Now they can't issue a trip report to the insurer for the day of the incident yet the app was functioning on my phone.
