Upon arrival we were informed someone would assist us. We wanted to do wine tasting. After waiting for 20 mins and my partner informing the staff that someone would come and assist no one did. We then approached a waitress and they said they would come and assist us. After waiting another 10 mins we left. What appalling service I have received. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place.
I have been trying to get a hold of centrafin since the beginning of the year. I even sent them an email regarding settlement and I got no response to my email. And today it’s been an hour and no one picks up my phone call.
Why does my premium go up entire R100. Now I have to pay R880 for my insurance. When I called to find out if they can review my premium they said they cannot. During the past 3 and half month I hardly drove anywhere. I am not getting my full salary. I have not claimed the lady tells me that they cannot review my insurance. I still have to pay for tiger wheel and tiger assessment. I am so disappointed and probably will not refer them to anyone. I think I am going to move to another insurer who not charge me an arm and leg for my insurance.
Please do not fall for the tender that was sent by fake email for nm500 prepaid meter.
