Professional, quick and friendly
Bought a lot of stuff from them well over 10k, all items arrived without any problems. Had some isssues with the motherboard but this was my mistake, the board’s bios version was too low for the cpu I had and he managed to get me to a place free of charge to get the bios updated and everything sorted. Super friendly and quick service. I definetly recommend them.

I was denied service to buy graphics cards just because I wanted to mine with it.

Order not received and no intention to refund.
Been waiting 2 months for my order. I had requested a refund and no further communication was given. The order totals to around 21k and they dont seem to be replying to any of my mails. Should I wait longer I would have to file a formal complaint with the authorities and take legal action. This is the last and final warning. You have 1 week.

Great service and excellent communication
Sold my pc here and man can I tell you it is convenient. You do not even have to make contact with the buyer. Couriers pick up the item and done.

Ram deliveries
Worst customer service! Delivery was due for Wednesday, came here documents were in place but the name had an error o the ID. I contacted them to change the name, they did so I was told that my parcel would be received by Thursday, did not come. Friday came and I phoned them again at 4 to confirm delivery just tk hear that I had to have called sooner to arrange delivery. I was then told Monday that I would receive my parcel. Guess what, Monday came and nothing came with it. Phoned in again and was told once more tomorrow which is today and still nothing came. I phoned them and they told me no the parcel is still in the warehouse! Now they promised me for tomorrow which is Wednesday that it would arrice here. These people from RAM do not take their deliveries seriously and wether or not they mark an delivery as urgent it means nothing. Their service is poor.
