MBD HARRASSMENT
I keep getting threatening SMS's and phone calls from MBD regarding an urgent Truworths account payment. I have never had a clothing account and I will never have one. I don't even have a credit card. I buy cash only. How did you get my number and why am I being charged with fee's that are not mine? I have a business to run and if I get blacklisted because of your errors I will take legal action against you. PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY AND ADVISE TRUWORTHS REGARDING THIS MATTER.

Magical MFT
I was so nervous for my procedure at MFT last week, but the staff are so organized and friendly that I really had no need to be anxious. The facility is very clean and is constantly being cleaned. Staff know exactly who needs to be where and when. And the best is that they are all very helpful and friendly. Thank you MFT #WIN

ADT monthly invoices/statements
We are such loyal customers of ADT [even though our area is designated to Atlas] but somehow I never get my monthly invoices from them despite sending numerous requests and complaints. The admin side of Fidelity ADT needs some serious upgrading - don't you have a system that automatically emails invoices/statements to customers monthly? We run a business and I need my paperwork incase we are audited. In 2020 I received invoices/statements on the following days: 23/1/2020; 10/2/2020; 5/03/2020; 6/7/2020 & 28/9/2020. that is 5 out of 12... I emailed plenty of times just to be ignored. I am done emailing requests, now I am complaining. The odds are being stacked against you in my area ADT and this might be the time for me to change to ATLAS.

Deniel's plumbing delivers
Deniel's plumbing was the authorised agent to replace our geyser due to an insurance claim. What outstanding service. They work neatly and Deniel and his team have great client skills. The after service was also excellent. The electrical geyser blew its TP valve twice [while under warranty] but Deniel was there to make sure the supplier was informed about the faults speedily. He even checked to make sure the supplier made contact as they had promised. Thanks Deniel and team!
