I booked a vehicle ahead of time for a work trip, upon arriving I needed my own card with my name on it to pay for the deposit and not the card I used for the actual booking (company card without my details on it). I will take the fall for it although this was not well stated or made evident enough. I had to leave with no other option due to old systems. I rebook another vehicle the following day and return to the airport to collect to be told this time they don't accept DEBIT cards!! Every other car rental I've ever dealt with accept any type of card. This company is working in the stone ages and are not willing to help if you don't conform to what they offer. The lady serving me was nice enough and told me that both of these problems are stated in their emails. They are not highlighted enough or in any section that places the importance of actually being able to collect the vehicle. Woodford made my travel unpleasant, stressful and frustrating due to having to go even further out of my way to be told no.
I would of recommended this hotel company but upon leaving some valuables behind and informing the receptionist 30 minutes after departure, my items have not been recalled for and I since stand that they are stolen. Poor customer service from City Lodge Hotel Lynwood!
We used to love going to Bellezar but since returning this month a lot has changed. Decor and layout has changed and gives a "cheap" vibe considering the prices they are charging. The service was non-existent. We called 4 waiters who walked past us, they would look you in the face and carry on walking by. It took over 30 minutes to find our waiter to ask for the bill and almost had no choice to leave unpaid because no one would assist us. TERRIBLE service and no care for customers. It seems it's under new management? They need a wake up call before the business goes under.
Good customer service when dealing with the client but trying to get ahold of the necessary person is a disaster. The consultant is always busy and you will be told that a message will be given to them to call you back which they never do. Parts ordered on a back order aren't kept up to date or chased to have a quicker arrival date. My vehicle was stolen and recovered. The vehicle on handing to renew-it had little to no diesel remaining which was evident on the dial. Upon fetching my vehicle 2 months later, they had subsequently turned on and driven the vehicle with no diesel in it while fixing it. I had asked before leaving with the vehicle if there was any diesel which I was assured there would be, to getting in and seeing the dial is over the empty line in the opposite direction!! The car had tracked it's last km from the previous time it was DRIVEN which it said 1.. ONE KM left on the tank. I was then told I must go with a driver to the nearest petrol station to fill up a drum and I must go to pay for it as they don't offer any diesel on site.. RIDICULOUS!! How am I meant to collect a vehicle that has NO diesel and one that the company had driven short distances in it with potentially damaging the engine!! Such an enormous cost was paid to Renew-It to repair the damages and they can't give a hoot about putting a few hundred rands of diesel into the car for customer care and to not damage the vehicle when driving it!!
Scrolling through pet insurances, I listed my new adopted Jack Russell puppy for quotes. Shortly after Dotsure called me, I had a pleasant conversation and the customer service was impeccable. Soon after I was signed up at a very good rate. Since signing up I had to take my pup to the vet, I sent through my claim and next day received my money a portion of the money back. I was so impressed!
I've been using Superbalist over the past few months and have made quite a few orders. I'm amazed at the speedy process from receiving the order to delivery. If I collect from the N1 Big Bird pick-up point the order is generally there next day! There are endless options of clothes, homeware and so much more plus the deals are incredible! I have run into only one problem with them where the wrong shoes were delivered. I logged a return, they were collected from my house and I received my refund 4 days later. Many orders yet to come, love this company!!!

Inefficient, incredibly slow. Every staff member has different story and understanding of the company. Sold a package to be later informed that I only have 3 very expensive options. No warning of installation fee. The man installing the router arrived at my flat at 20:45.. So unimpressed. Will be cancelling my package ASAP. Disappointing and useless network provider!
