Shoprite Tshwane Mall is terrible
Shoprite Tshwane Mall has the most horrible cashiers. I went there to buy a few things and the service and attitude of the cashier that was at the express till was artery unpleasant. She was so rude, I felt like I was bothering her when I was paying. She didn't even ask if I needed a plastic bag, I was carrying my things like a mad man. Her name Mokgadi. Mokgadi, you need to adjust your attitude or don't come to work if you don't want to work nxla!!!

Worst experience at Boxer Tshwane Mall
I really don't understand why the Boxer at Tshwane Mall doesn't want to make deposits for Tyme Bank clients. The liquor store will tell you to go to the shop but sometimes they do deposits for me. When you go to any till you are told to go to the money market. And all the staff members there are so rude 😒

Spur sunnypark has changed to the worst spur ever
I used to come to this place and get the best service ever, but now, wow. I've recently moved back to Pretoria. The service is something that deserves to be in a toilet. There's no air-conditioning to start with. Mind you, I've been coming here for the past 3 months. The staff is not pleasant at all, they seem to run out of beverages, they take forever to get your order done 🙄. Kore okare ra le bora

Uber eats is a ****
Uber eats is taking my money and I'm not receiving my food. This is the secont time. I buy food online, I pay using my card and your delivery people don't come. When I try to get my money back, they tell me that I have received my food, like what the hell.

Pick n pay Tshwane mall is the best
Pick n pay Tshwane mall has got the best service ever! I regularly go there and never once got poor service, even when it's packed. Keep it up guys, you rock. And your savory buns are to die for. I especially like how you treat our elderly when they come to collect their SASSA money. You really show that you care abd thank you, we rarely see this kind of service from that mall. Thanks a lot

Rude people who don't want to talk to me and they are taking money from my account without even finalizing my contract. I try contacting these dumb people and they just hang up on me. PEP Tramshed has the worst service
I bought two stylo headphones and one of them were working only one side. I do understand that there might be some factory faults and I know that I can return them within a number of days. I tried returning them at PEP Tramshed, Pretoria and got the worst service of my life. The branch was closed before closing time, no one wanted to hear me, the security guy eventually came and was so rude to me and told me to go to the branch where I bought the headphones. I asked him a simple question, "What if I do not stay at that place where I bought them?" and he said, "that's not my problem".
