Been billed for 2 months.. paid the 2 months and my services has been disconected!! How do you explain this? Now your lines are down, website is down and no response to emails! I will now be without internet for a weekend!!!!
I bought a TV from Takealot in Jan 2023 for my son for his Birthday. It was on special in Jan. We only opened it in March when it was his birthday. We then discovered that the unit was damaged as well as the box. I then contacted Takealot and I was Informed that I can not return it, after explaining that the unit was damaged during delivery, they then agreed that the unit may be returned. On 6 April 2023 the unit was collected by Takealot. I was then informed that the unit can not be replaced at it was damaged!!!! After more than 10 emails going up and down, Takealot arriving at my door to collect the unit again my unit is now missing!! It is now almost a month and this is still not resolved? The only answer I keep on getting is that they are trying to locate the unit and they apologize! This is the worst service I have ever received!! I want my unit replaced or a refund!
Horrible experience! Placed and paid for an order online. after 5 days I receive an email saying the system was faulty and the item is out of stock. I then selected a different item... it is now 3 days later and no feed back as to what is happening??
Dont ever even conciser buying these nonsense products!! They do not work! and the agents selling the product is rude!
To say that the level of service I am receiving from Vodacom Fiber is terrible would be a compliment. I have requested from them to move my fiber line on 31 Jan 2019 and received a SR number. it is now close to 2 months and I have received no feedback from them! I have been phoning everyday for them to come and move my line and to get an update and every day I receive a different answer. so over this so called service provider as no services is being provided to me.
