I've noticed, after reading an article on MyBroadand, that Vodacom allows/act as a WASP service, allowing fees to be deducted from customers accounts. Having just checked the billing on my account, I've noticed that GameMine deducts R4,35 per day from my account as a type of subscription. I cannot remember that playing Soduko sometimes online, I ever had the option stating that it will cost met a set amount per day. Please explain to me whats happening?
Being a professional piano tuner myself since 1997, this guy from Riversdal (073 836 0777) introduced himself as my business-partner in Delareyville, as if I've sent him to tune on my behalf. Firstly, he doesn't know a thing about piano tuning (spent 10-15 minutes fiddling around the tuning pins) and quoting repairs on a spotless - almost new - piano in perfect working condition, for R4,300. He's a fake. I've tried to contact him, but he wouldn't answer. I also sent him sms's, on which he didn't reply.
Being a professional piano tuner myself since 1997, Werner took over his father Wilfred's reputable business after his death. Werner was part of a transaction in which a R7,000 Rippen piano, badly damaged by rats, was sold for R29,500 to a Letsitele farmer (BE). He also quoted repairs of R16,500 on a piano that's almost in mint condition in Tzaneen (WK), stating that he has to take it to his workshop and "drill holes" in the pin-board. I was also called in to correct the intonation of JC's piano in Naboomspruit after he was done with the piano.
Here I am, back again since last month. Same problem, same company. Account paid in time, receiving calls reminding me that the account hasn't been paid. Is Vodacom falling apart? I was astonished by the amount of complaints lodged against Vodacom on HelloPeter in a month's time???
With Vodacom's invoice delivery being unreliable, I've been paying my account at the beginning of each month by EFT. Having done this also this month, they keep sending me messages and phonecalls telling me that I'm in arrears. Firstly, I phoned them, wasting 17 minutes of valuable time. Was told that there's a delay in the system, but everything will be sorted out. But that didn't happen, the reminders and phonecalls just kept on coming in. I've sent an e-mail, which was acknowledged with an automated reply, assuring assistance within 24 hours. Which was, politely, followed up with another automated reply, shoving me back to the customer care phone assistance, NOT GIVING ATTENTION TO THE CONTENTS OF MY E-MAIL!! So, I've wasted another 17 minutes waiting just now, with empty promises of solving the problem? I'm getting the impression that they psychologically attack their clients, hoping they will make a double payment "to keep their lines open."
Having ordered an in-stock article in February, the latest date of delivery was indicated as beginning of March. Phoning them today, I was informed that the item was out-of-stock and that a voucher tot the total amount has been created on my behalf. They supposedly sent me an email to this regard around the time of expected delivery. I didn't ask for a voucher, and didn't receive any email. The agent didn't even apologise for the mess-up.
