Worst service EVER ! I went in to the Florida branch for a sonar scan and the service from the lady that assisted me was pathetic to say. I mean she only gave 1 word answers with a moody face when asking a question about the sonar. She was not accommodative at all especially for someone in he'd profession surely she could do better. She acted as if she was doing me a favour or offering a free service that I wouldn't pay for. I would never go back to that clinic the service is horrible. I wanted to start my antenatal attendance there but after that horrific service NEVER again! I wouldn't recommend that clinic to other expecting moms it's not worth it
I have had the most disgusting irritatative and appaling service from multi choice for thenpast 2 months. I have been a loyal customer since 2016 without fail but lately it's just a huge waste of money to be paying for this service. Last month my bill was on R1090 because I was supposedly upgraded to premium package without my knowledge nor notification. Only got aware of this when paying month end and I had to go from pillar to post to get that sorted after 3 days being disconnected meanwhile I had paid for my full monthly compact subscription I had to call in and hold for 3 days without any help even though it was their issue but I was still inconvenienced with no services and no communication at all from their side eventually it got sorted after 3 full days having to call in daily and do follow ups. This month AGAIN my bill was on R649 even though I'm on compact subscription no one knows what the extra amount brought forward is for. I paid R479 for my services however yet again I got cut off on the 6th with an excuse of an outstanding balance which now had surprisingly increased to R195 yet again no one can assist because the relevant department has not authorised it to be credited. This is the worst ****TY service EVER and I would not recommend this company to anyone going forward can't wait for month end so I cancel this stupid subscription and get something better I can be inconvenienced every month for the same switch that I have paid for and no one takes accountability of anything instead u have to call in yourself for days on end to query something you have already paid for.
I had the most aweful and disgraceful service at Biue bottle liquors in Roodeport CBD on Saturday afternoon. Bought 3 benini blush cans when I got home and we opened them they had a funny nourish tatst when checking the date they had expired in 2023. We drove back with the 2 opened ones still full and 1 closed can when we got there the indian guy by the counter not sure if he owned these store or just works there refused to take them.back with an excuse that they were already opened but he could see that they expired. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone infact I hope.they close it down because they selling expired stuff.and I'm sure I'm not the first people to have a problem no wonder they don't open the shop and they are selling from locked batler gates it's because of the nonsense they sell.
Worst customer service EVER that I encountered today at Makro Carnival in the Eastrand. I went in to buy groceries upon paying at the till the payment had already been made by eft therefore the fincanance team had to come and authorize the payment at the till. I was standing for over an hour at the till waiting for authorization of my groceries no one showed up. I had to personally go to the finance offic3 after 45 min waiting and there was no one. Walked to the customer service point and was referred to another lady who was walking on the floor she said she's going to check the payment in the office and was gone for another good 20 min until someone eventually came to assist at 2h30. I was standing at the till for authorisation of my payment from 13h31 until 14h30 when someone eventually came. This is the worse experience ever I am furious
Worst experience ever would not recommend this insurance to anyone. When coming to claim for a tow service i was told they only cover me to the nearest dealership anything out of that I need to pay about R12 extra per km. I can't even be towed home without paying extra because it's away from my nearest dealership this is the worst service ever especially for an insurance that I've been paying for such a long time and they also not cheap. I'm really disappointed by them I'll definitely be changing there's no way I'll continue paying for something not useful to me.
Worst online experience ever. I made an online purchase a week ago and selected collection to be at Truworths mall @carnival. Got an sms Wednesday afternoon the 29th of Nov that my order was ready for collection. I went to the store got there not only did it take them forever to get my parcel but it came in drips and pieces close to five packages for 1 order. They had to go back and check since the 1st parcel didn't have all.items. I waited for almost an hour just for the parcel to be checked as it was packed individually as if that wasn't enough after so much waste of time waiting an item was not in the packages. A skirt that was part of the order was no where in the parcels and when asking was advised that maybe it's out of stock hence it wasn't sent. What irritates me the most is that no communication whatsoever was sent to me to advise that the skirt is not available as this was being paid for already on account when placing the order online. This is the worst experience ever from truworths I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in the future especially online shopping they really disorganized.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DR JUST A WASTE OF MONEY. All she knows is charging people time and time again with no results. Took my baby there 2 weeks ago she charged me R350 gave 3 bottles of meds and a prescription which I bought everything as prescribed. 2 weeks later child is still not well took him back today for a follow up guess what she charges me another R350 FOR CONSULTATION AGAIN THAT SHE DODNT GET RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. That dr together with her receptionist are the biggest ****** wouldn't recommend anyone there. Just a waste of money and time. NOT ONLY ARE THEY *********** THEY JUST WANT MONEY FROM PEOPLE NOTHING ELSE.
I have been a loyal customer with Bidvest group on their extended car service plan and I also have a car tracker with them since 2020, but the service I received from them last week Wednesday the 5th of April 2023 was not only inconveniencing but awful. i took my car in for service at the nissan northwest as I had an extended service plan with bidvest until 120 000km. They declined the quote for payment even though i was paying them for this service. i would not recommend bidvest to anyone for anything i will also be cancelling my tracker with them. i am very much dissapointed with their service they very good in taking money from customers but fail to deliver what you paying for.
I would like to complain about the disgusting customer service at nedbank. Since 9th of June I sent an email to a claims consultant by the name of Maya Daya, since then bo feedback was given until I sent a follow up email on the 18th of June only then she advised that my claim was assigned to another assessor. All this time no one has bothered to call me or even give feedback on my claim application. I am in disgust by this poor service from nedbank they very quick to deduct monies from you yet take forever when they give to gove back what's rightfully yours.
I am very disgusted by the bad service from city power. I called the call center and logged a call regarding my faulty meter box on Monday the 18th of March 2019, i was given a ref number (CP ********** ) and told a technician would come and assist regarding the matter. Nothing happened and no one came until Wednesday morning at 5:15am when i received a text saying the call has been updated to completed. I find that very strange and surprising as to how it can be completed without anyone coming to solve the matter, and straight after that another text came in saying call in progress. On Tuesday i called in to follow up on the call and was told it will be easier and quicker if i go directly to city power Booysens with the meter so they can replace it with a new meter box as the other city power branches in Roodepoort do not have stock of the meter boxes as times so Booysens as the head office would be able to assist me with the matter. On Wednesday the 20th of March i then went to city power Booysens with the prepaid meter box to have it replaced as it is faulty and doesn't switch on and i cant put in electricity. The guy who assisted me told me that they cant help me with a new meter as they have to log another call for a technician to come out to my place and check the meter. I explained to him that i already logged a call on Monday and no one came for 3 days. I cant put electricity as the meter is faulty. He logged another call (CP ********** ) and until today no one has come and nothing has been done. I find this service very disgusting and pathetic that i report a matter that needs to be attended to and take numerous follow ups including going to the centre itself but im still not helped. City Power is really useless when it comes to customer service!
