We have been struggling to get our business account working since the 14th July. The account is still not open, we have transferred money to the account, its not even showing on the online banking profile and we cannot even see the money that we have transferred, we cant even make payments from this account because it doesn't even show. we have made numerous calls to the call centre to get this sorted out, but it seems that it cannot be solved. and when the call drops no one calls back. if this cannot be solved, close the account give my money back that we've transferred and we'll move our business somewhere else. worst bank ever
Takealot returns are a joke, seocond time that i return the same item where i've been told i did not sent the cables , the first time i made a plan to sent a spare one and now with the second return what you know cables are missing again and i made sure the ALL cables was in the box, I DONT HAVE ANY EXTRA CABLES TO SENT TO YOU!!! so what is going to happen now with my return as i'm still waiting on a response, how can Takealot have a warranty on their items if the items go missing from when the driver picks up the items to the warehouse ????? Takealot don't give a **** about the customer aslong as the money comes in here is the return RRN-209b-05b6 not that you in any hurry to solve the problem, if this ever get resroted i will NEVER buy from takealot again
