Excellent service all Round! From reception to staff to facility! 10/10! Our babies are always so well taken care of. We will Definitely recommend and use Keringa kennels again!
Horrible Experience! I would not recommend this place to anyone! A complete rip off! They charge ridiculous rates for outdated, dirty rooms. Bathroom had mould. Linen was dirty. Meals are bland and portions are tiny. I actually left at 7pm that night because I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in such an unpresentable room, my son refused to used the toilet. I wasn’t willing to shower under a ceiling full of mould. I asked for a refund as I had a death in the family prior to my stay, Jaco(manager) refused point blank and kept encouraging me to come back to try to redeem themselves. I paid R2780 for the night. I didn’t attend the boat cruise, I didn’t stay the night and i didn’t have breakfast and they refused to refund a cent of my money. Disgusting, unprofessional service! I will never recommend to anyone!
Disgusting service received from the manager at Truworths greenstone mall. Completely unhelpful and rude! Tried to to a simple exchange and she was so Unhelpful and refused to assist even though I had gift recipes for all items. Horrible system! Horrible service! Horrible staff! That particular manager gives all Truworths a bad name!
I received the most appalling service from the management at Woolworth’s festival mall this afternoon. I needed to return a duvet set that I received as a gift. I was left to wait for 15 minutes while management was called to get authorization. The manager Thuli Madonsela then proceeded to ask me if I have used the duvet before returning it. How ridiculous! A plastic tag was found inside the duvet packaging which was completely out of my control. They then hassled me for information that I did not have as I received the item as a gift. They eventually refunded me the money on a gift card after giving me such attitude and me waiting for over 30 mins
Upon arrival we were told that our room was not ready. We had requested an early check in because we were attending a wedding at 2pm. We were told that our room would be ready at 1. We advised the staff at reception that were extremely rude unhelpful and unprofessional that this is not acceptable and we would like a refund. Then surprisingly a room was found for us. On arrival to the room it was so dirty, it had obviously not been cleaned before we arrived. It was tiled and did not even have a carpet to stand on. The bathroom had a smell. We were in a hurry so we didn’t have time to ask housekeeping to clean it. We just stayed in it as it was. The rooms at sibaya are very expensive and the service that we received was unacceptable and very disappointing. We will never stay at the lodge again. Disgusting disappointing service received all round. I will also make sure to report this on social media so others will know.
