Good day, I am really disappointed with the service received from the staff at Easy Pay Atlantis. With the visit of my sister on Friday (28/10/22) at there branch my sister who is disabled and got mugged was trying to get a new card. However, with no luck she has to returned back home without the card cause the ran out of cards. This is not on bare in mind this is SASSA week for payouts and no cards available to assist clients. With my approach to one of the staff members, with a distasting attitude she replied this in non of my concern because I am not there client. This is not the first time visiting there branch where people complain about there service. How can you run a business with no tool to assist. Very unprofessional to discuss your clients in front of clients.
This review is about an incident that took place the facility of Wesfleur Hospital Atlantis. My sister was admitted at Wesfleur Hospital on 26/10/2020 after suffering a CVA, she was then put into an a medical induced coma for 24hours. However, she was not put in a bed with rails prevent falling and injury of which subsequently happened in the ER and she fractured her right arm which is the paralyzed side. With that said it will take about 6weeks for the fracture to heal before she can do Physiotherapy. The patient is a high risk patient and was not fully supervised at the time she entered the facility. Furthermore, a meeting was called with the families of the patient by CEO and manager of ER on Friday, 09/10/2020 at Wesfleur hospital to discuss the matter. During the meeting it was discussed that the staff did not follow standard procedure i.e. by notify the family of the patient about the incident and no record of incident report of above incident for 26/10/2020, plus that the hospital will be more cautions in future. The patient is the bread winner of the family and have a brother (me) on University she have to take care off, and due to the negligence of the hospital unable to fulfill her duty. JUSTICE!!!
Went to shop at Mr Price Adderley Street Cape town today. What a horrible experience. Got a specific jacket I want for winter, apparently the price on the garment is incorrect. Who's problem is it??? Consult an assistant on the floor, she went to a staff member on the floor with regards to the incorrect price all I heard is "im mad"" thats what her friend replied in Xhosa not even a business language.. She directed me to the store manager, Brandon which explain to me that he will not give the garment to me for that price cause clearly someone changed the price. He dont even apologize to me for the inconvenient caused and come up with a solution. Im really disgust about Mr Price Adderley street today. After all I made a purchase for R579.99 today at Mr Price.
