Absolutely appalling experience with Lufthansa. My flight was cancelled without proper explanation, and I was left stranded for over eight hours. According to their own policies, I was entitled to compensation .. yet despite countless emails and attempts to resolve this through customer service, I have been ignored at every turn. This airline does not honour its commitments, does not uphold its own regulations, and treats paying customers with outright contempt. The level of disregard is beyond unprofessional, it’s dishonest. Lufthansa hides behind false promises, cheats passengers out of what is rightfully owed, and blatantly hopes people will just give up and walk away. If you value your money, your time, or even basic human decency , do not fly Lufthansa. They will smile when they take your money, then vanish when you need them most. Truly one of the worst, most shameful airlines in operation today.
This is a **** - they are all over the show with their pricing - it’s very unclear and to try and get hold of their support team is like trying to find big foot! And let me tell you, you’ll find big foot faster! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I switched over from Virgin Active to Planet Fitness because I genuinely loved the vibe! the equipment was great, the setup was smooth, and the buddy tag system made it feel like a community. It was simple, convenient, and just worked. But lately, it’s become a nightmare of red tape. Now my gym buddies need to bring proof of ID every single time which is ridiculous considering I’m the one paying for the buddy tag. Then I’m forced to download an app, which half the time doesn’t even work, and I’m expected to remember passwords and jump through hoops just to work out? It’s honestly become more stress than it’s worth. I joined a gym to make my life easier, not harder. If I knew Planet Fitness was heading in this direction, I would’ve stayed with Virgin Active. At least there, the experience felt professional and consistent. Disappointed isn’t even the word. Fix it.
****MERS - there is no support,y account defaulted even though I had money in it and when I tried to reach out to them there is no support- no one answers emails - it keeps giving me an error every time I try and pay on their website and now I’m being charged extra - this is how they **** you and make their money
I’ve reached the end of my patience with Afrihost. It’s astonishing how a company can consistently fail to understand or respond to their customers’ needs. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I’ve been met with dead ends, unhelpful responses, or complete silence. Ironically, while actual support is impossible to access, Afrihost seems to have no issue sending endless emails asking me to rate their service. Here’s my rating: zero stars. If you’re considering Afrihost .. DONT. The customer service is unreliable, the support channels are ineffective, and the overall experience has been nothing but frustrating. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. Sort out your systems, your communication, and most importantly, your respect for customers
If youre thinking about signing up with discovery PLEASE THINK AGAING! I’ve had ***** happen in my account and they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it! But as soon as I asked to cancel my accounts they were so quick to help me in cancelling! This bank has 0 interest in their clients needs or helping them! If anything I wouldn’t be surprised if they have internal assistance in helping with *****ulent activity
Honestly I’m regretting opening an account with discovery, I’m out of the country I’ve just had *****ulent activity there’s no way of reaching them unless you call them WHICH I CANT BECAUSE IM OUT OF THE COUNTRY, no one is answering my emails, NIT EVEN THEIR ***** DEPARTMENT which apparently is supposed to be open 24h. SHOCKING SERVICE! I’m definitely going to be looking into opening an account elsewhere
Your guys service is honestly shocking, you cannot be reached, no one responds to anything.
The most unhelpful, clueless, miserable and rude people.. my WiFi has been down for over a week now and no one is able to help me, they claim to create tickets but every time we follow up there is no record on hand. Think twice before you consider them as your provider!
