Extremely poor service and no way to reach them to effectively try to resolve a problem. My fibre connection was suddenly just cancelled on 10 May 2021, even after I have never given them such an instruction. When I contacted the helpline (which is only accessible via Whatsapp chat and takes forever for an agent to be assigned), I was informed that my connection can only be restored after 3-5 working days. We are working from home and are now left stranded with no internet connection, because of a mistake by WebAfrica`s provisioning team and absolutely no effort whatsoever to restore our connection ASAP. When logging a complain, you are being placed on hold and transferred from one agent to another, but no one from Provisioning is ever available to respond. ABSOLUTELY POOR AND DISGUSTED SERVICE!!
Absolutely no service delivery at all!!!!!!! We ordered four items, am waiting for 3 months now and only received one item so far. This item is not nearly what was ordered and now Zassy is ignoring all whatsapp messages, emails, telephone calls and online chat messages. This is nothing else than daylight robbery as they take your money and never provide you with any service or even the correct colour of items that was ordered. Please avoid them as far as possible!!!
